(¾) Rist til anvendelse i et køle- eller fryserum.(¾) Grate for use in a cold or freezer room.

The present invention relates to a grate for use in a refrigeration or freezer compartment and with a carrier plate with uniformly distributed holes intended for carrying goods packed in boxes, boxes or similar containers formed with air holes.

Such a grid is known through which cooling air can pass, even if goods are placed on the grid. The passage of cooling air takes place through holes in the grate, which holes can at least in part be formed in recesses or grooves in the grate, so that the air can also flow through some of the holes that are located on the grate stacked goods. Therefore, the grate thus known can be obtained free passage of air outside the stacked goods, although some of the holes should be covered therein.

With the known design of a grate, it cannot be avoided that a substantial part of the holes in a box or box placed on the grate will be displaced relative to the holes in the upper surface of the grate and outside the grooves therein.

Rist til anvendelse i et køle- eller fryserum og med en bæreplade med ensartet fordelte huller beregnet til bæring af gods emballeret i æsker, kasser ellerThe grate of the present invention is characterized in that the plate has upwardly facing pins which are substantially evenly distributed over the top of the plate. This ensures that the grate, in addition to ensuring free passage through the grate and around the goods placed thereon, also allows free passage of cooling air through any holes in the packaging for the stacked goods, as the pins bring the goods stacked on the grate to rest with the underside lifted up above the top of the grating plate at a distance corresponding to the height of the pins. The invention is explained in the following with reference to the drawing, in which fig. 1 is a perspective view of a grid of known structure; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a grate according to the invention; and FIG. 3 shows on a larger scale part of the grate according to FIG. 2. As shown in FIG. 1, the prior art grate has transverse bars 2 which are laid on longitudinal straws 1. The bars are designed to provide grooves 3 to which cooled air can be supplied from below through openings 4. These openings cannot be covered by grate placed goods. in this case, the air passes across the channels across the distance covered by the goods. It is becoming increasingly common for the goods to be packed in boxes 5 with air holes 6 in their bottom, upper and any sides for the purpose of flowing cool air from the grate. Such boxes are placed on a grid according to FIG. 1, it cannot be avoided that some get such a position that the air holes 6 are covered by the bars 2, ie. that no air can circulate through the boxes and around the goods in them. In order to prevent this from happening, the grate according to the invention is given a structure as shown in fig. 2 and 3. A plate 7 has through-openings 8 and upwardly facing tabs 9, some of which are seen in FIG. 2. The plate 7 is carried by round bricks 10, which are joined in groups downwards by means of straws 11. The cooling air is fed to the space below the plate and passes through the openings 8 and further around and through the boxes. For all boxes, the air holes 6 are always kept open, because the cross-sectional area of the pins is considerably smaller than the air section cross-sectional area. The grids are joined together to form a larger surface, and in order to prevent leakage at the joints, the plate 7 is suitably composed of two glued plates which are arranged so that one protrudes somewhat in relation to the other. This allows the plates 7 to be positioned so that the edges overlap. The pins 9 may be loose pins which are glued or screwed to the plate 7. However, it is more convenient that a pin with plastic pins, rubber or the like be attached to the plate.
