Solids dosing device (6) consists of a feed shaft (7) for organic substances, a linear conveyor (8) connected to the base of the shaft and a conveyer tube (9). The linear conveyor presses organic substances into and through the conveyor tube. The conveyor tube is connected to the fermenter feed opening (15). Preferred Features: The conveyor tube ends with its outlet (13) in the upper fermenter inner region above and/or below the liquid mirror (14) and is bent with an outlet directed downwards below the liquid mirror.
