Versuche zeigten, daß solche Gleichrichter hinsichtlich ihrer Sperrfähigkeit und Stabilität wesentlich verbessert werden, wenn dem Wismut der Sperrelektrode ein Zusatz von Indium, Gallium und/oder Thallium beigegeben wird.
