Zur Herstellung magnetisierbarer Kerne aus Pulverteilchen werden letzteren je nach dem verwendeten ferromagnetischen Werkstoff verschiedene Mittel zugesetzt, welche den verschiedensten Zwecken dienen. So werden z.B. Bindemittel zum Zusammenhalten der einzelnen Pulverteilchen beim Pressen und/oder die Gleitfähigkeit der einzelnen Pulverteilchen erhöhende Fliessmittel und/oder zur Verfestigung der Kerne nach dem Pressen dienende Aushärtemittel zugesetzt. Sowohl bei dem Mischen mit diesen Zusatzmitteln als auch bei der durch Anwendung der Fliess- und Aushärtemittel gegebenen Möglichkeit des sogenannten Strangpressens sind noch Lufteinschlüsse zwischen den einzelnen Pulverteilchen und den Zusatzmitteln bzw. in der gepressten Kernmasse vorhanden. Um diese Lufteinschlüsse zu beseitigen und damit höhere Kerndichten bei grösserer Gleichmässigkeit der Kernmasse zu erzielen, sowie Rissbildungen beim Trocknen, Aushärten oder Sintern zu vermeiden, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, beim Mischen der Pulverteilchen mit Zusatzmitteln, insbesondere mit Bindemitteln und/oder Fliessmitteln und/oder Aushärtemitteln, den Mischvorgang und/oder bei der Kernherstellung aus der durch Mischung der Pulverteilchen mit Zusatzmitteln erhaltenen Kernmasse mittels Strangpressen den Pressvorgang im Vakuum, vorzugsweise unter Anwendung der in der keramischen Industrie üblichen Massnahmen, vorzunehmen.To produce magnetizable cores from powder particles, various agents are added to the latter, depending on the ferromagnetic material used, which serve a wide variety of purposes.
