Description

Process for the production of inorganic films for electrical insulation Machines and apparatus The invention relates to a method of manufacture inorganic films for insulating electrical machines and apparatus with the aid an inorganic fabric tape, in particular a glass fabric tape, and one Filler. The electrically not particularly strong tissue should be due to the filler be made more or less completely dielectrically tight. It is already suggested a mica layer in the form of platelets or on impregnated glass fabric tapes Dust and the whole thing with the application of pressure and heat to a glass fabric mica tape to glue. It is also known to fabricate glass fabric tapes with lacquer or organic To impregnate fabrics. However, these insulating materials meet high requirements Heat resistance did not stand, because at high temperatures the organic content or the binder burns or evaporates.

These difficulties are caused by the method referred to above eliminates the fact that, according to the invention, the gaps in the tissue are caused by inorganic substances in bulky form, e.g. B. as fibers or flakes made of asbestos, glass, slag wool or mica, whose particle size is insignificant or not at all the gap diameter of tissue exceeds and which without assistance a binding agent in the gaps of the tissue.

The introduction of this filler can according to a further embodiment of the invention by rolling in with simultaneous heating. The particles Then slide into the tissue gaps and stick. To improve adhesion, the inorganic tissue can also chemically, if necessary after prior degreasing be roughened. So you can z. B. Glass fabric for pickling with tin chloride solution or the like to roughen.

The invention offers the advantage that a simple way dielectrically sufficiently dense, highly heat-resistant insulation can be achieved, which is convenient, for example in tape form, can be processed. Due to the special shape and The order of magnitude of the filler on the glass fabric is sufficient durability without Binder guaranteed.
