Technik flache Welleisen, deren Wellenrücken mondsichelartigen Querschnitt besitzt,
It is known to use corrugated sheets as warping material in routes or shafts, the cross-section of which is kept open by a wooden or iron construction. The Wellbleäh # i are used to carry rubble and to reduce weather friction at the bumps. It is also known to use corrugated pipes in the manner of flame pipes in boiler construction as a load-bearing shaft lining in order to enable changes in the length of the shaft column. Further, a mine roof known 'whose structural components made of corrugated iron segments with W-shaped cross-section consist, WO-through but sharp transitions between the head and base surfaces and the connecting webs are formed, which easily lead to a tearing of the profile. Another disadvantage of the W-profiles is that the connecting webs have uniform wall thickness over their entire length and thus so much material accumulates in the neutral axis of the profile that the W-profile loses its flexibility, which is desired for pit construction . Flat corrugated irons whose corrugated back has a crescent-shaped cross-section, but which are connected to one another by long straight and relatively thin webs and not directly at the crescent tips, are also part of the state of the art .
elastisch an die Stöße an.The invention relates to the use of corrugated iron profiles, the corrugation backs of which resting against the joints and protruding into the pit have a crescent-shaped cross-section in a manner known per se and are connected to one another at their crescent tips, as a self-supporting route extension. The advantages achieved by the invention are to be seen in the fact that the rock pressure which acts on the wave ridges adjacent to the impacts can propagate evenly through the entire profile without any tension accumulation at any point in the profile and the profile in spite of the greatest resistance Weight is light and the expansion only takes up about 2.5 % of the cross-section of the route, which z. B. in the T-iron expansion can be about 2o 1 / o and in the form of stone expansion up to 30 0/0 , so that the route to keep an equally large route cross-section open, only needs to be broken out much smaller. The expansion according to the invention also does not need to be bolted, since the corrugated iron rings are wider than T-irons and consequently self-standing. The expansion can be brought in immediately after driving a stretch of road without pre-seizure and is less sensitive to shooting. The new profiling of the corrugated iron not only saves considerable amounts of material without reducing the load-bearing capacity, but also prevents internal damage or premature fatigue from superfluous material accumulations in the neutral fiber. The profiling also makes it possible to give the material greater hardness and thus better load-bearing capacity, without the disadvantageous effects of the increased brittleness associated therewith being able to outweigh the advantages. Due to the profiling, the main compressive stresses caused by the bumps in the route are borne by the reinforced wave ridges, and the compressive stresses that come from the bottom and the roof are borne by the rigidity of the corrugated iron profiles, while the hardly significant horizontal rock compressive forces in the direction of the route are only applied to one meet narrow, elastically yieldable material profile. The expansion is elastically applied to the joints.
besitzen. In the drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown as an example; FIG. 1 shows a cross-section of a route and FIG. 2 shows a section through a corrugated iron profile. Corrugated iron profiles 2 are elastically applied as load-bearing expansion parts against the joints of the route i. The corrugated iron profile is, as can be seen from Fig. 2, designed so that the corrugation backs 3 of the corrugated arcs are widened like a crescent moon and the arc connection points 4, through which the neutral fiber of the corrugated iron profile runs, are designed as sickle tips with a smaller profile cross-section.
