Holding device for removable, sound-absorbing components for lightweight walls and ceilings
The subject of the parent patent no. 255720 is a removable, sound-absorbing component for lightweight walls and ceilings, consisting of two or more spaced apart
Shells, characterized in that the shells are optionally designed in different thicknesses
Have fillings made of an elastic, sound-absorbing insulating material, in particular mineral wool, which are different for each shell with regard to the material and / or are different
Have degree of stuffing, and that preferably between the shells filled with insulating material, a pliable insulating film, e.g. B. roofing felt, textile material, felt, cork, plastic or metal, such as aluminum or lead, is provided.
It has been shown that the lightweight walls and ceilings formed from such structural elements achieve a particularly high level of soundproofing efficiency if the structural elements are stored in a holding device that carries them, which, in accordance with the essence of the invention of the parent patent, also consists of at least two components isolated from one another or shells.
The holding device according to the invention is therefore characterized in that it consists of at least two profile parts separated from one another by a preferably sound-absorbing intermediate layer, each of which carries at least one shell of the component.
Practice has shown that the cost-effectiveness of a removable lightweight construction primarily depends on the type and possibility of installation at the installation point. A preferred embodiment of the invention is therefore that the profile parts with abutments, for. B.
Elbows, bolts or slots are provided on which hooks or the like attached to the shells of the components can be suspended. Compared to other known devices, this design achieves an optimum of simplicity and perfection of assembly, because the shells of the components only need to be inserted into or into the previously anchored supports of the holding device. to be appended. The hooks are preferably provided with a wedge-shaped inside, so that the shells of the components press tightly against the supporting structure.
Further features and advantages of the invention emerge from the following description of various exemplary embodiments of the holding device according to the invention with reference to the drawings.
They show: FIG. 1 a horizontal section through a holding device made of wood, u. between a three-shell wall in the upper half and a two-shell wall in the lower half, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line IIII of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a representation similar to FIG. 1, but a holding device made of hollow metal profiles, FIG. 4 shows a section along line IV-IV of FIG. 2, FIGS. 5 and 6 show horizontal sections through a holding device made of solid metal profiles for a three-shell and a two-shell wall, each in two variants of the suspension of the shells of the structural elements, FIG. 7 one Horizontal section through a holding device with specially shaped metal profiles, FIG. 8 shows a section along the line VIII-VIII in FIG. 7, FIG.
9 shows a horizontal section of a last embodiment using a bolt, which is shown in the diagram in FIG. 10, and FIGS. 11 and 12 show sections along the lines XI-XI and XII-XII in FIG.

As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the holding device consists of the wooden profile parts - 1 and 2 -, each of which is angular, namely in the form of an L with a longer and a shorter leg. In the longitudinal joint remaining between the parts - 1, 2 - a sound-absorbing intermediate layer - 3 - is arranged. The angle profile parts are held together by the longer legs of the angle profile penetrating screw bolts-4-with nuts-5.
Angle pieces --6 - are attached to each of the profile parts -1, 2-, e.g. by screws --7--. As can be seen from Fig. 2, form the upper edges of the free legs of these elbows

cover different material. As can be clearly seen from FIG. 2, the hooks --8 - have a wedge-shaped inner surface --29 - so that the shells - 9 - of the elements are attached to the profile parts - 1, 2 - press on the support; If required, additional insulating intermediate layers --30-- can be provided at this point.
In the three-shell design according to FIG. 1, upper half, is between the two outer ones
EMI2.2
The design according to FIGS. 3 and 4 differs from that according to FIGS. 1 and 2 essentially in that instead of wooden profile parts-1, 2- those made of metal hollow profiles are used; this has the advantage that, as can be seen from the upper half of Fig. 4, the hooks -8- on the shells --9-- can also be stored in slots --31-- which are in the hollow profiles-1, 2- are designed. The hooks --8-- can be inserted into the interior of the hollow profiles through these slots --31-- and can be anchored therein so that they are hooked into the profile parts.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6 for a holding device made of solid metal profiles, the difference from the above essentially lies in the fact that the profile parts - 1, 2 - consist of T-rails which are separated from one another by the intermediate layer - 3 are separated, with further

bearing angle pieces - 13 - are arranged in FIG. The abutments for the hooks - 8 - of the shells --9-- are in the case of the right-hand halves of Figs. 5 and 6, as are the abutments for the shells --12-- in Fig.
S designed as bolts --23--, which are attached to the angle pieces-13- and can have a round, angular or flat cross-section; In the case of the left-hand halves of FIGS. 5 and 6, the base parts of the T-rail profiles --1,2 - are provided with slots --31 - through which the hooks - 8 - can pass, as in FIG. 4 has been described.
If necessary, all parts of the holding device can be designed in a fire-proof or fire-retardant design, with non-flammable or flame-retardant materials being used, e.g. B. metal, asbestos, asbestos cement, stone, artificial stone u. Like., And fillings with highly refractory materials such. B. rock wool, asbestos, glass wool or the like.
An example of such a partition made entirely of metal on the outside and the holding device for its shells is illustrated in FIG. 7. In the upper left half, a three-shell design is shown, consisting of the metallic shells --9-- with a filling -10- and a solid one Middle shell-12--, consisting of an inner plate-15-made of wood, Eternit, steel, plaster, etc. in a metal holder - 16--, with an insulating layer --17-- between the inner plate --15-- and the Metal bracket - 16 - lies. The lower left half of this figure shows a three-shell fire-retardant design in which all parts are made of non-combustible materials; the insulation layers - 18 - of the middle shell - 12 - and the filling --11 - are made of asbestos.
The upper right half of the figure shows a two-shell design, stuffed with rock wool --10- as filling material for the shell - 9--; the lower right half is a variant with wood --11-- as filling material for the bowl --9--.
The connection of the components - 9 - to one another takes place, as can be seen from Fig. 8, with the help of angle hooks --24-- having profile parts --1,2-- which are assigned here in pairs to each of the two shells --9-- and are attached to this. Each of the neighboring profile pairs

-1, 2 - slots - 25 - into which further double bars - 23 '- to hold opposing shells - 9 - engage. An insulating layer 14 is also inserted between the parts of the profiles 1, 2- that face one another.
The profile parts-1, 2- to the outside of the shells --9-- are covered by an insertable U-rail-32-- which is fitted with a groove-33-on a projection-34-of the shell ---- 9-- is anchored. In place of such a projection -34-a screw -35- with a pyramid-like head can also be arranged for this purpose, as indicated in Fig. 7 at the bottom right.
The embodiment according to FIG. 9 shows an arrangement similar to FIG. 7 with the integration of an intermediate wall. The shells --9-- are made of metal and are held together by specially shaped bolts --36-, one of which is shown diagrammatically in Fig. 12 and which engage the profile parts - 1, 2--. The bolt - 36 - has a downwardly extending, angular leg --38-- on its web part --37-- on both sides and a hook pointing downwards and upwards at the ends of the web part --37-- --39 or 40--.
The profile parts-1, 2-- are designed as Z-profile angles and are arranged in such a way that their free legs - 41-- extend parallel to one another and next to one another with an insulating layer --3-- in between (Fig. 9). In these legs -41- rectangular recesses -42 are provided, through which the angled legs -38- of the bolt -40- can pass (Fig. 11).
During assembly, therefore, the profile parts - 1, 2- with their recesses - 42 are arranged in alignment, whereupon the bolt --36-- with its legs --38-- passed through the recesses --42-- and lowered is, whereby the blocking or fixing of the shells - 9 - takes place.
If, as in Fig. 9, upper half, indicated, an additional partition wall also consisting of shells -9 is to be integrated, then this has the profile parts in a similar way
EMI3.1
2-- with - 43-- pushed over the upwardly extending hook part --40--, whereupon the rail - 32 - is lowered to lock.
Various modifications to the exemplary embodiments described are possible within the scope of the invention. In particular, there is full freedom in the choice of the cross-sectional shape of the profile parts depending on the static requirements.
