Description
Support and formwork construction for water-bearing tunnels and the like. In water-bearing tunnels or underground rooms that have to be sealed against the inflow of water and are possibly under the action of the mountain pressure, the procedure so far has been in most cases either by using wooden cladding with wooden supports , whereby one had to accept the high costs of the timber construction. Timber formwork is not only expensive and time-consuming to put in place, but also results in disproportionately high, non-recoverable costs due to the inevitable loss of wood and the relatively rapid destruction of the wood. It is further known channel-shaped for the support structure in tunneling or U-shaped steel profile to be used, whose open sides are facing the mountains: likewise, it is common to incorporate supporting profiles with 'I-shaped cross section. The usual methods of steel shuttering with sheet metal were not expedient enough or could not be used in any way and for different sizes. The sheet metal formwork was insufficiently resistant and, above all, was not suitable for placing loose, tamped or vibrated concrete. In addition, the costs were also disproportionately high, and the known methods did not allow versatile application or even use for different single cuts of the tunnels. In most cases, a special support and formwork structure had to be rebuilt for each cross-section.
The object of the invention is to provide a support and formwork structure create that easy, but has resistant formwork sheets and whose cross-section can be changed at will. can, so an adjustment to the respective gallery or tunnel cross-section is easily possible. This task * will in the case of a support and formwork construction designed for water-bearing tunnels or tunnels solved in such a way that on the channel-shaped, U-shaped or I-shaped support profiles according to the invention, as a shell construction, trough-shaped or similarly shaped sheets are placed, with stiffening strips directed against the support structure are provided; these stiffeners have holes to accommodate the ends of retaining brackets, which are placed around the profiles of the support structure and against these are tightened by screws or wedges. Against the mountains surrenders here a smooth wall surface.
The ribs of the individual shuttering sheets are inclined to one another so that the formwork sheets can follow the arching of the supporting structure.
The clamping elements are held in such a way that they have two formwork sheets connect with each other and also brace the support frame construction.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt. An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing.

Fig. I shows in a cross-section through a tunnel the arrangement of a support structure or formwork prop; . Fig. 2 shows the embodiment of a shuttering with anchoring and bracing on the support structure; Fig. 3 is a diagram of Fig. 2; Figs. 4 and 5 are diagrams of tensioning elements, while Figs. 6 to 9 show different shapes of the shuttering sheets; Fig. Io is a cross-section through a tunnel-shaped cross-section and Fig. Ii is a detail in which, above all, the possibility of any change in cross-section is shown.
According to the invention, the outbreak io of the tunnel is initially to be intercepted by a support frame ii of a suitable, but arbitrary design. These support frames ii can be used both as walking supports and permanent reinforcement. In the case of permanent reinforcement, simple gate locking can be used. When used as a traveling extension, it is only necessary to ensure that the connection points of this support frame are easily detachable so that they can also be removed afterwards, if necessary after the arrangement of the support structure 1: 2 with connection points 1 3 , which accommodates the formwork sheets. H. i.e. before backfilling with loose, vibrated or tamped concrete. The invention also includes the design of the support structure 12 and the connection points 13 and, above all, the design of the shuttering plates 14. According to the invention, these are basically constructed in the form of profiles in such a way that the actual formwork surface protrudes from the support structure of the formwork and a can form an uninterrupted smooth surface, while the stiffening ribs, strips, etc. rest with their spacing edge or surfaces provided at this point on the support of the shuttering sheets. The simplest form of a shuttering sheet is the U-profile shown in Fig. 6. This consists of the web 15 and flanges 17, the front edges 16 of which rest on the carrier of the shuttering sheets. It is only necessary to ensure that the height of the sheet metal web 15 at a is greater than at b and that the distance or the height of the flanges 17 is kept as low as possible. According to Fig. 7 , the metal sheets can carry one-sided strips 18 which lie against the support structure iq, while the opposite flanges 17 ″ lie behind these strips. In Fig. 8 , the flange 17b is only slightly pushed inwards as a rib. In Fig. . 9, both flanges are moved inwardly, the profile has tischförtnigen in this case cross-section the formwork sheet webs 15 obtained in ears flanges corresponding to the spacing of the formwork sheet support holes 20, engage the Rundstalilbügel 22 with their hooks lugs 2 1 and by wedges 23 All shuttering sheets, expediently used longer than the distance between the shuttering sheet supports, have holes on the upper and lower flanges 16: 2o. Furthermore, all shuttering sheets also have holes on the upper flange : 25 and on the lower one Flange, the holes : 25 opposite, rivet-like mandrels 26, so that all formwork sheets on the circumference of the support structure 1: 2 over these mandrels: 26 are related and therefore a hook bracket 22- only has to be applied to every second sheet metal web 15. Flat steel brackets 22 ″ are arranged, which are pressed against the support structure 12 by studs 24 instead of wedges when the hooks 21 ″ in the holes 20 be hooked. The flat steel bracket 22 only need to receive a corresponding recess 2-7 for this purpose and for hook formation. The subject of the invention also includes the design of the support structure 1: 2 in such a way that, using equally curved Segtnent pieces of constant length for different cross-sections, the tabs formed from the same profile: 28 not by special screws or tension connections 29, but by the flat steel bracket 22 ″ can be applied in a braced manner. The different cross-sections are here simply formed by incorporating intermediate pieces 30 .
After the invention you have it in your hand, studs. different Type and different cross-sections with the same elements and the The formwork beams have to be adapted to the local conditions, as both the intermediate pieces how also the number of shuttering plates is adapted and varied to the selected segment lengths can be.
