Description

Method for tinning high frequency strands The invention relates to a process for tinning high frequency fibers. High frequencies: have to zlitzen am Connections: de are tinned in such a way that the tinning of all individual wires is flawless recorded.

According to the methods customary up to now, tinning was carried out according to the Paint removal already again or twisted wire end, possibly under Applying solder, dipped in the tin bath. A de; 7-type tinning however only gives reasonably satisfactory results when acidic Soldering grease is applied. In devices of the electrical communication and Measurement technology, however, requires the use of neutral solder for reasons of corrosion necessary. According to the methods customary up to now, the application can therefore be more neutral Solder a flawless, penetrating into the interior of the high-frequency wire and all individual tin-plating comprising wires cannot be achieved.

These deficiencies can be avoided according to the invention in that the end of the strand to be tinned, in particular bare, in whole or in part is spliced up and twisted again in the tin bath after tinning. Through this method one achieves that the individual exposed wires The spliced end of the strand is accessible for perfect tinning in the tin bath are. Since the subsequent twisting of the individual wires takes place in the tin bath itself, is also the re-twisted end of the strand, reaching through to the inside and all comprising individual wires, tinned. Making the wire ends to be tinned bright takes place depending on the insulation or the nature of the strands and the individual wires before or after fanning and can be done with suitable insulation or properties the wires may also be completely omitted, especially if for insulation a coating that does not interfere with the soldering was used. One such method for the perfect tinning of high frequency strands at the connection end is for example to achieve a high quality factor in the manufacture of coils with high-frequency braided wire from. great importance.
