An das Kernmaterial für solche Sprechköpfe werden große Anforderungen hinsichtlich der magnetischen., elektrischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften gestellt. Die Permeabilität muß verhältnismäßig hoch sein. Die Hysterese- und Wirbelstromverluste im Gebiet der hohen Frequenzen müssen gering sein.
