Die Erfindung richtet sich auf ein in sich geschlossenes Aussteifungselement aus Rundeisen für Gitterbögen.The invention relates to a self-contained stiffening element made of round iron for lattice arches.
Eine solche Aussteifung zählt durch die DE 40 03 525 Al und DE 30 40 638 C2 zum Stand der Technik. Bei diesen Aussteifungen sind beispielsweise bei Dreigurtträgern die Verbindungsstäbe zwischen den Untergurten und dem Obergurt unter gleichen Neigungswinkeln angeordnet, was zwangsläufig in allen Stäben zu relativ großen Knicklängen fuhrt und ungünstig hohe Kräfte durch äußere Lasten hervorgerufen, in diesen erzeugt. Aus der Symetrie folgt zwangsläufig, daß die Verbindungsstäbe zwischen den Untergurten, senkrecht zu diesen angeordnet sind. Der Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, das Aussteifungselement nach dem Oberbegriff so zu gestalten, daß die durch äußere Kräfte, wie Biegung, Torsion, Knickung, Kippung hervorgerufenen inneren Stützkräfte durch teilweise Verkürzung der Verbindungsstäbe zwischen Obergurt und Untergurten, sowie durch fachwerkartige Schrägstellung der Verbindungsstäbe zwischen den Untergurten erhöht werden, was zu einer Erhöhung der Gesamttragfähigkeit des Gitterbogens bis in den plastischen Verformungsbereich fuhrt.Such bracing is considered to be state of the art according to DE 40 03 525 Al and DE 30 40 638 C2. The invention is based on the task of designing the stiffening element according to the generic term in such a way that the internal support forces caused by external forces such as bending, torsion, buckling, tilting are increased by partially shortening the connecting rods between the upper chord and lower chords, as well as by truss-like inclination of the connecting rods between the lower chords, which leads to an increase in the overall load-bearing capacity of the lattice arch up to the plastic deformation range.
Erreicht wird diese Wirkung durch steilere Neigung der Verbindungsstäbe zwischen
Obergurt und Untergurten in einer Hälfte des Elementes, während in der anderen Hälfte
des Elementes die Neigungswinkel flacher ausgebildet sind. Bei einer weiteren Lösung
wird die gleiche Wirkung dadurch erzielt, daß die Verbindungsstäbe zwischen Obergurt
und den Untergurten einer Hälfte unterschiedliche Neigungen aufweisen, ebenso spiegelbildlich in der anderen Hälfte des Aussteifungselementes. Aus der Größe des
Unterschiedes der Neigungen dieser Stützstäbe ergibt sich zwangsläufig eine fachwerkartige Schrägstellung der Verbindungsstäbe zwischen den unteren Gurtstäben.
Die Erfindung ist nachfolgend anhand zweier in den Zeichnungen veranschaulichten
Ausfuhrungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
