Verschlußdeckel für handelsübliche Blechdosen und ähnliche Behälter
Zum Wiederverschließen von bereits geöffneten Blechdosen und ähnlichen Behältern (überwiegend im Haushalt) werden üblicherweise provisorische Abdeckungen, wie Frischhalte- oder Alufolie etc. verwendet. Oft werden auch Extra-Behälter zur Aufnahme der Dosen benutzt (zum Beispiel bei geruchsintensiven Inhalten, wie Tierfutter u.s.w.) oder der Inhalt in eine verschließbare Dose umgefüllt.
Der im Schutzanspruch 1. angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, einen luftdichten Verschluß zu schaffen, der ein einfaches Wiederverschließen einer Blechdose ermöglicht.
Mit Hufe dieses Deckels und seiner speziellen Formgebung können die Dosen ohne weitere Hilfsmittel verschlossen werden.
Erreichte Vorteile:
- Einfacher, schneller und luftdichter Verschluß von Dosen
- Inhalt bleibt länger frisch
- Keine Geruchsbelästigung (z.B. bei Tierfutter)
- Wiederverwendbarkeit des Deckels (keine Belastung der Umwelt mit Folien o.a.)
- Leichte Reinigung in der Geschirrspülmaschine
Weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfindung:
Eine vorteilhafte Gestaltung des Deckels ist eine zusätzliche Dichtungslippe, sowie die große Fase an der unteren Innekante zum besseren Aufziehen des Deckels auf die Dose (siehe Figur 4).
Auf die Innenfläche des Deckels werden das Herstellerzeichen, die Materialbezeichnung und die Materialeigenschaften angegeben.
Die Außenfläche kann nach Kundenwunsch gestaltet werden.

Der Deckel wird aus einem hochwertigen Silikonkautschuk hergestellt. Dieses Material ist dauerhaft elastisch, spülmaschinenfest, lebensmittelbeständig, temperaturbeständig von ca. ±220 0C und wird in allen gängigen RAL-Farben hergestellt.

Claims (1)

Schutzansprüche Blatt: 1
1. Verschlußdeckel für handelsübliche Blechdosen und ähnliche Behälter,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
- daß der Deckel der Form einer Kappe entspricht die fest über die Blechdose gezogen wird, wobei die Abdichtung an dem oberen Wulst der Dose erfolgt,
- daß der Deckel am Rand ein Dichtungsprofil (Figur 3 oder 4) aufweist,
- daß dieses Profil (Figur 3 u. 4) für alle möglichen Formen und Größen anwendbar ist,
- daß der Deckel so gefertigt ist, daß er mit Vorspannung auf die Dose gezogen wird und so einen einwandfreien Verschluß ergibt,
- daß der Deckel aus einem hochwertigen Silikonkautschuk besteht, lebensmittelbeständig, temperaturbeständig von ca. ±220 ° C, spülmaschinenfest und in allen RAL-Farben herstellbar ist.
