Diese Verschiebung kann nun als Maß für den Neigungswinkel an der Meßskala (4) abgelesen werden, diese Verschiebung ist bei kleinen Winkeln proportional zur Größe des Neigungswinkels, deshalb kann die Meßskala (4) linear geteilt werden. Eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist, den Durchmesser des Rollkörpers so groß zu wählen, daß bei einem ganzzahligen Winkel die Kugel genau symmetrisch zwischen zwei Teilungsstrichen der Skala zuliegen kommt, dies erleichtert die Äblesbarkeit des Meßwerts.When the inclination scale is tilted as shown in Fig. 3, the rolling body (3) leaves the central position and moves along the circular path (1) until it reaches the lowest point.
