kein falsches Signalbild entstehen darf.
Circuit arrangement for light signals with two driving light circuits
with common return line To the circuit for driving light circuits of light signals
the requirement must be made that line disturbances such. B. Earth fault
or external voltage, not the appearance of the travel signal image at the wrong time
can be brought about. It is therefore common for the driving light circuits to be double-pole
to switch. In addition, it has also already been proposed that the driving light circuits
to be connected to a test relay - that in the event of contact with earth or -
External voltage comes into play. Will be one for several driving light circuits
common return line is used, the possibility must also be considered,
that the two lines leading to the lamps touch each other and that then
no false signal image may arise. It has therefore already been considered between
these two control lines to put a test relay that when contact occurs
drops and thereby indicates the fault in the interlocking.
The invention now provides a circuit arrangement which makes it possible
with a test relay both earth faults and contacts between your control lines
to bring to the display among each other. According to the invention, this is achieved by
that in the stop position of the signal the two lines leading to the driving lights
connected to the pole of the power source via the test relay
are,
which is connected to these lines in the driving position. This circuit can
either be carried out so that in the driving position of the signal the test relay of
the switched line is disconnected or in such a way that the test relay has resistors
connected to the lines. In. In both cases, one achieves that the test relay
not., only touching of the two driving light circuits' with each other, but
also conclusions of all lines leading to the signal against those to the return line
Pole of the power source to be connected or, in the case of an earthed power source, to earth. .indicates.
In addition, this arrangement results in favorable working conditions for the
Test relay to which in the description of the embodiment of Fig. I to
3 will be discussed in more detail.
In beiden Fällen
ss i des Signalstellers SS zustande kommt, die Lampe L i bzw.
In Fig. I 'the test relay P is in the hold position of the signal via the contacts i and. s2 the signal controller S i and S 2 connected to the lines i and 2 leading to the lamps L i and L: 2 - in FIG. 2 the test relay P is permanently connected to the lines i and 2 via the resistors Wi and W2. In both cases, the resistance of the winding of the test relay P or the resistors Wi and W2 is so high that the lamp L i or L: 2 is not made to glow. Relay U is a low-resistance monitor, which responds in a known manner through the lamp current switched on by the contacts si or s 2 and the contact SS 2 of the signal setter SS.
Soll in Fig. i die Lampe L i eingeschaltet
DerKontakt
ff i öffnet.
In FIG. 3, the circuit of the signal controller is indicated, which is valid for both FIG. I and FIG. 2. If the lamp L i is to be switched on in FIG. I, then in FIG. 3 the contact fu of a route monitor (not shown) and contact fs i of a route controller (also not shown) are closed. If the test relay P has dropped out, the signal regulator SS can respond via the contact ff i of the backup relay FF and the contact p of the test relay in the position shown. If the test relay P is energized as a result of an earth fault or some other fault, SS cannot be switched on. If the relay SS responds, its contacts ss i and ss2 close. As a result, the test relay P responds via the lamps L i and L2 connected in parallel. The contact p changes its position, and the circuit of the signal setter SS is maintained via its self-closing contact ss3. The contact ssq. switches the support relay FF . The contact ff 3 interrupts its circuit. However, the relay armature is supported in its position by the second armature of the support relay. The contact ff i opens. However, it is bridged by the contact p of the activated test relay, so that the relay SS remains energized. The contact ff 2 of the backup relay switches on via the closed contact fs r the signal actuator S i, whose contact si the lamp L i via SS 2, U; si switches on and at the same time disconnects line i from the test relay. The test relay P then remains energized via line 2. However, if there is contact between lines i and 2 or if this occurs while the signal is in the driving position, the high-resistance test relay P is short-circuited via the low-resistance monitor U and therefore drops out: its contact p 'goes into the position shown back and interrupts the circuit of the signal actuator SS, so that this also drops out and separates the trip lent circuit double-pole. This state remains; until the backup relay FF is reset to a release circuit, not shown. The backup relay FF therefore also has the effect of a signal repetition lock and can also in a known manner. are used to determine the set route. The relay S i drops after the contact ssq opens. also from. If the lamp L2 is to be set, the same processes as described above take place, only the signal controller S2 is now effective instead of the signal controller Si.
Leitung 2, W2 erregt.
s i, U, ss2, nach minus.
daher beim Durchbrennen der eingeschalteten Lampe mit großer Sicherheit ab.In FIG. 2, after the contact ss i is closed, the test relay P is made to respond via the lamps L i and L 2 connected in parallel and the resistors W'i and W2 connected in parallel. As soon as the contact si is closed and the lamp L i lights up, the relay P remains energized via L2, line 2, W2. Part of this current also flows through the resistor Wi, s i, U, ss2, to minus. By appropriately dimensioning the resistors Wi and W2 and the winding of the relay P one can achieve that this partial current flowing through U is very low. If there is contact between the lines i and 2, the resistors Wi and W2 are connected in parallel, so that here, too, there is almost a short circuit across the relay U for this high-resistance circuit and the relay P drops out. Otherwise, the circuit according to FIG. 1 acts in the same way as the circuit according to FIG. Both solutions have the advantage that the relay P is made to respond via the lamps Li and L2 connected in parallel and that the current that continues to flow via the relay P after a lamp is switched on does not cause any additional excitation of the monitor U. The monitor U therefore drops with great certainty when the switched-on lamp burns out.
