"Aus Kunststoff bestehende Tube mit Schulter und zugehöriger Injektionsspitze""Plastic tube with shoulder and associated injection tip"
Die Erfindung geht aus von einer aus Kunststoff bestehenden Tube mit fest an ihr angebrachter, bevorzugt thermisch verbundener Schulter und einer an der Schulter angebrachten, ebenfalls aus Kunststoff bestehenden Injektionsspitze, wobei sich die Schulter von der Tube her zur Injektionsspitze bevorzugt konisch verjüngt. Solche Injektionsspitzen werden zum Auftragen oder Einbringung einer Paste, einer Flüssigkeit und dergleichen verwendet. Insbesondere werden sie zum Einbringen einer medizinischen Flüssigkeit (z.B. Klistier) oder Paste in den Körper (After, Scheide) eingesetzt. Hierzu ist eine Anordnung bekannt, bei der die Schulter und die Injektionsspitze ein in sich einstückiger, gespritzter Kunststoffteil sind. Diese Einheit aus Schulter und Injektionsspitze wurde mit dem entsprechenden Ende eines die Tube bildenden Schlauches verbunden. Dies geschah innerhalb einer Form durch thermisches Verbinden bzw. Anschweißen der Schulter an das zugehörige Schlauchende. Dies bedingte aber bei dem vorgenannten Stand der Technik, daß für jede gewünschte Injektionsspitze eine Spritzform angefertigt werden mußte, die auch das Mitspritzen der Schulter ermöglichte, d.h. entsprechend groß und damit in ihren Herstellungskosten aufwendig war.This is all the more true as injection tips of different lengths and shapes are required in practice. Somit kann die Injektionsspitze für sich mit wesentlich geringeren Herstellungskosten, insbesondere Formkosten gespritzt werden. Ebenso ist eine separate Herstellung der Einheit aus Tubenschlauch und Schulter möglich. Die Mittel der Rast- oder Schnappverbindung sind mit dem Herstellen der Injektionsspitze und d.er Schulter problemlos und ohne spürbaren Mehraufwand anzufertigen. Die Herbeiführung der Rast- oder Schnappverbindung ist manuell mit geringem Aufwand durch Hilfskräfte zu verwirklichen. Dies könnte aber auch maschinell geschehen. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht für die Lagerhaltung darin, daß ein und dieselbe Tube.mit Schulter mit unterschiedlich geformten Injektionsspitzen versehen werden kann. Hierzu ist es lediglich erforderlich, daß die unterschiedlich geformten Injektionsspitzen mit Rast- oder Schnappmittel versehen sind, die zu den Rast- oder Schnappmitteln der Schulter der vorgenannten Einheit aus Tubenschlauch und Schulter passen.To solve this problem, based on an arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1, the invention initially provides that the injection tip is a separate component from the shoulder and the tube, and that there is a snap or locking connection between the injection tip and the shoulder. Zur Herbeiführung der in der Zeichnung dargestellten Verbindung zwisehen Injektionsspitze 4 und der Baueinheit aus Schlauch 1 und Schulter 2 ist die Injektionsspitze 4 lediglich in der Pfeilrichtung 9 durch die noch offene schlauchförmige Tube 1 hindurch zu stecken, bis der Rand oder Bund 8 der Schulter 2 in die Nut 7 des Spitzenfußes 4' einrastet.
