Gebrauchsmüsteranmeldung: Vorrichtung zum programmierbaren Dosieren von
Flüssigkeiten aller Art.Utility model application: Device for programmable dosing of
Liquids of all kinds.
The invention relates to a dosing device for conveying all types of liquids, in particular in the laboratory. The device consists of a motor-driven dosing or pump unit (1) which is screwed or plugged directly onto liquid containers (3), in particular laboratory bottles, and a microprocessor-controlled programming and operating unit (6) which is detachably attached to the dosing unit (1). For targeted dispensing of the liquid, in particular into very small containers, a hand manipulator (13) is also provided which allows the liquid to be dispensed precisely and in a targeted manner using one hand. For this purpose, the dosing unit (1) has an electrical connection to the programming and operating unit (6) and a hose line to the discharge cannula or to a hand manipulator (13).
Such a device is required for many tasks in the laboratory, e.g.: dosing a given volume, volume flow dosing, time-controlled dosing, manual titration, as well as pipetting and diluting. In any case, it is a great advantage if the liquid can be pumped directly from the bottle into the respective test vessel.
Laborglasflasche (3) aufgeschraubt bzw. aufgesetzt.
The solution to the problem is explained in Fig. 1: The motor-driven

Laboratory glass bottle (3) is screwed or placed on. The motor-driven dosing or pumping unit (1) has a plug-on or magnetic holder through which the
microprocessor-controlled programming and control unit (6) is detachably attached.
There is a connection between the dosing unit (1) and the control unit (6) via a plug connection or
a flexible electrical cable connection. The dosing unit (1) sucks the liquid
from the bottle (3) via a suction tube and conveys it through the discharge cannula (4) into a container. Instead of the discharge cannula (4), a hose (11) can be connected
which allows the liquid to be directed to any location.
Das Bedienteil (6) hat imThe functions of the control unit (6) are explained in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3: The housing of the control unit is designed so that the operating level is at an angle to the operator, like a desk. If the control unit (6) is removed from the dosing unit (1), it can be operated on the table or by hand. The control unit (6) has
