Die Erfindung betrifft eine Reinigungsvorrichtung insbesondere für stabförmiges Gemüse unter Verwendung von elastischen Hobel-Lippen. The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular for stick-shaped vegetables, using elastic planing lips.
