Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning surfaces roughened by injury from worktops, in particular plastic-coated plates for cutting meat or similar foods, designed in the manner of a plane, with a dimensionally stable, block-like, elongated blade holder, which has a flat, straight underside a blade that is held at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the underside and projects with its cutting edge from the underside, and with a handle on the top of the blade holder that defines a feed direction in the longitudinal direction of the blade holder and a forward force component obliquely to the feed direction on the underside by training as a scraper.
- the object of the invention is to design a device of the type mentioned in such a way that it is practicable for keeping the worktops in question clean.
- the invention is characterized in that the blade, is arranged in relation to the feed direction rear quarter of the underside, that the blade is inclined at an acute angle of attack with respect to the feed direction and that the approach defined by the handle of the obliquely downward force component over the rear half, preferably over the rear third , the blade holder.
- the scraping is done using force.
- a further development of the invention is therefore based on the object of designing the use of force optimally on the scraping function so that less powerful people can operate the device.
- the blade holder is a cuboid plate
- the handle is an annular bracket that is mirror-symmetrical to the longitudinal direction of the blade holder and has the contour of a rounded, approximately right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which extends along the blade holder, specifically extends approximately over its entire length, the short cathetus of which is at the front in the direction of advance and the long cathetus of which defines a palm rest.
- the blade could be ground like a roof. Then surrender problems with the bracket because the critical angle of attack is not only due to the bracket but also due to the orientation of the grinding surface.
- the problems associated with this are avoided by a further development, which is characterized in that the cutting edge of the blade is formed by a single obliquely positioned grinding surface and that the blade with this grinding surface is arranged in a rearward direction with respect to the feed direction. Then the critical angle of attack is defined by the uncut side surface of the blade.
- the cutting edge can be straight. Then the edges of the cutting edge can leave unwanted marks in the worktop. These can be avoided by making the cutting edge spherical over its entire length.
- crowning also makes it possible to scrape out a depression in the surface in the work area, which could result after a large number of scrapings.
- the crowning can be brought about in various ways, as is the subject of claims 6 and 7.
- a preferred embodiment with two interchangeable blades is the subject of claim 8.
- With 1 is a cuboid, elongated, block-like blade holder made of dimensionally stable material, for example wood or plastic.
- a handle 3 is attached, which is mirror-symmetrical to the plane of Figure 1 to the blade holder.
- the handle is a ring-shaped bracket that has the contour of a rounded, approximately rectangular triangle drawn in with dash-dotted lines.
- the bracket extends along the blade holder along the hypotenuse 4, namely over its entire length.
- the bracket extends along the short cathete 18 and forms a hand rest 7 along the long cathete 6.
- the blade piece 10 has a U-shaped cross section with spread U-legs. Each of these U-legs forms a blade 12, 13. Due to the inclined configuration of the recess 14, in the installation position shown, only the blade 13 lying in the rear is in the functional position, the blade 12 lying forward is without function.
- the blade piece is mounted rotated by 180 ° with respect to a vertical axis, then the blade 12 is in the functional position alone.
- the blade piece 10 is designed mirror-symmetrical for this purpose.
- the blade 13 in the functional position extends in the rear quarter of the underside 11 in the area of the force action according to arrow 8.
- the blade 13 is inclined forward at an acute angle 15 of 60 °, based on the direction of advance according to arrow 5.
- the cutting edge 16 of the blade 13 extends, as can be seen from FIG. 2, almost over the entire width of the blade holder 1 and protrudes from the underside by 0.2 to 3.0 mm.
- the cutting edge 16 is created by a one-sided grinding surface 17 along the front edge of the blade. This grinding surface is on the back, ie against the feed direction, the side of the function blade 13, does not contribute to the definition of the angle of attack 15.
- the angle of attack 15 is rather defined by the front of the blade 13.
- the cutting edge 16 is spherical, that is to say it projects further downwards in the middle than at the edges, specifically along a curvature. According to FIGS. 1 and 2, this crowning is caused by a blade which is correspondingly longer in the middle than in the edge regions, as can be seen from FIG. 3.
- the crowning can also be brought about by bending the blade in the cutting area or the entire blade 20, as shown in FIG. 4.
- the blade 20 with the cutting edge 23 is curved about an axis 21 which extends in the direction of attack 22 of the blade 20 and is offset relative to the direction of advance according to arrow 5, ie to the rear.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for cleaning surfaces roughened by injury from worktops, in particular plastic-coated plates for cutting meat or similar foods, designed in the manner of a plane, with a dimensionally stable, block-like, elongated blade holder, which has a flat, straight underside a blade that is held at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the underside and projects with its cutting edge from the underside, and with a handle on the top of the blade holder that defines a feed direction in the longitudinal direction of the blade holder and a forward force component obliquely to the feed direction on the underside by training as a scraper.
When raw meat is prepared on a plastic plate in butchers' shops, it is inevitable that the meat will be cut into the worktop and there will be cut grooves in which dirt collects that is difficult to remove. This dirt forms the basis for harmful germs.
With wooden worktops, it is known to gouge them off to clean such dirt. However, this is not possible with plastic panels and, moreover, not practical with every type of soiling, even with wooden panels.
The object of the invention is to design a device of the type mentioned in such a way that it is practicable for keeping the worktops in question clean.
The invention is characterized in that the blade, is arranged in relation to the feed direction rear quarter of the underside, that the blade is inclined at an acute angle of attack with respect to the feed direction and that the approach defined by the handle of the obliquely downward force component over the rear half, preferably over the rear third , the blade holder.
With the device, a very small, easily metered removal can be carried out by hand, which is just sufficient to remove the cutting traces which do not go very deep, particularly in the case of plastic surfaces. The result is a smooth surface that can be washed off cleanly.
The scraping is done using force. A further development of the invention is therefore based on the object of designing the use of force optimally on the scraping function so that less powerful people can operate the device.
This development is characterized in that the blade holder is a cuboid plate, that the handle is an annular bracket that is mirror-symmetrical to the longitudinal direction of the blade holder and has the contour of a rounded, approximately right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which extends along the blade holder, specifically extends approximately over its entire length, the short cathetus of which is at the front in the direction of advance and the long cathetus of which defines a palm rest.
Besonders günstige Ergebnisse erzielt man mit einem Anstellwinkel der Klinge von 50 bis 80°, vorzugsweise 60°.Particularly favorable results are achieved with a blade angle of 50 to 80 °, preferably 60 °.
The blade could be ground like a roof. Then surrender problems with the bracket because the critical angle of attack is not only due to the bracket but also due to the orientation of the grinding surface. The problems associated with this are avoided by a further development, which is characterized in that the cutting edge of the blade is formed by a single obliquely positioned grinding surface and that the blade with this grinding surface is arranged in a rearward direction with respect to the feed direction. Then the critical angle of attack is defined by the uncut side surface of the blade.
The cutting edge can be straight. Then the edges of the cutting edge can leave unwanted marks in the worktop. These can be avoided by making the cutting edge spherical over its entire length.
Such crowning also makes it possible to scrape out a depression in the surface in the work area, which could result after a large number of scrapings. The crowning can be brought about in various ways, as is the subject of
Eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform mit zwei gegeneinander auswechselbaren Klingen ist Gegenstand des Anspruchs 8.A preferred embodiment with two interchangeable blades is the subject of

With 1 is a cuboid, elongated, block-like blade holder made of dimensionally stable material, for example wood or plastic. On the
When the user places the device with the
The
If the blade piece is mounted rotated by 180 ° with respect to a vertical axis, then the blade 12 is in the functional position alone. The
The
The
However, the crowning can also be brought about by bending the blade in the cutting area or the entire blade 20, as shown in FIG. 4. The blade 20 with the cutting edge 23 is curved about an
One can also combine the crowns according to FIGS. 3 and 4 with one another.
