Description
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Dichtungsbahn auf der Basis eines Ethylen-Butylacrylat-Copolymerisat-Bitumens.The innovation concerns a sealing membrane based on an ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer bitumen.
Es ist bekannt, Bitumen mit Zusätzen von Ethylen-Butylacrylat-Copolymerisat zu modifizieren, um die Festigkeitseigenschaften und die Witterungsbeständigkeit zu verbessern. Aus der so modifizierten Masse wurden Folien hergestellt, die ggf. unterseitig mit einem flächigen Fasergebilde verstärkt wurden. Da die Folien wegen der Zähigkeit der Massen nur durch Extrudieren und ähnlichen Verfahren, nicht aber auf normalen Dachbahnenanlagen hergestellt werden konnten, war es schwierig, Bahnen mit mittiger Trägereinlage herzustellen. Auch aus diesem Grunde wird in der DE-A 35 34 076 vorgeschlagen, eine übliche Dichtungsbahn aus polymermodifiziertem Bitumen mit einem Gewebe, einem Vlies oder einer Folie als Trägereinlage oberseitig mit einer dünnen Ethylen-Butylacrylat-Copolymerisat-Bitumen-Folie (ECB-Folie) zu versehen. Dieser Oberflächenschutz verbessert zwar die Witterungsbeständigkeit und verhindert ein Verkleben der Bahnoberflächen bei der Lagerung, so daß auf eine Abstreuung verzichtet werden kann.
