There are usually single-purpose containers for the disposal of recycled material so that the materials can be disposed of in a clean manner and reused. If there are many racks, it would be useful to be able to use them for multiple purposes. For example, a rack could be used to dispose of tires and bumpers if it had limits on the long side for the bumpers and on the front for the tires. It would be impossible to limit both sides because the limited long side is a hindrance to storing tires and the limited front is a hindrance to storing bumpers.

The inventor has made it his mission to create a rack that eliminates these disadvantages and that can be easily converted for both purposes. For this reason, he suggests that the rack's stacking columns should be foldable and able to rotate by 90°, and that they should also be provided with side brackets and side borders. In this way, one formation can be created for both tire storage and bumper storage. In addition, this rack can be stackable and equipped with column extensions so that the rack has higher columns when stacked than would be possible if the column were folded down.

Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a frame (1) for tires or bumpers, which has columns in the corners that can be rotated by 90° and have side brackets (3) or limits (3) that can be folded down to the floor (4) in the tire receiving position.

Fig. 4 shows another possible design of the rotating construction. The semi-circular shell (8) is attached to the base (4) of the frame (1). The column (2) with the side bracket (3) stands on this. This column(s) has a combined element (9+10) at the bottom, which are connected to each other via a screw (9b). (10) is firmly connected to the column (2).
