Dachaufliegeleitern sind Leitern, welche auf Schrägdächern aufgelegt werden, um einfache Arbeiten darauf verrichten zu können. Gehalten werden diese Leitern in der Regel von Dachhaken, welche in die vorhandenen Dachlatten eingehängt werden. Eine besondere Biegung wird durch die Überlappung der Dachziegel hindurch geführt und die Dachleiter wird an eine der Sprossen in die Biegung eingehängt .Roof ladders are ladders that are placed on sloping roofs in order to be able to carry out simple work on them. Alu-Dachleitern mit längsverlaufendem Flachalu als Holme sowie mit Sprossen aus Alu-Blechstreifen (Figur 1). Die Sprossen werden gebogen um den von der DIN und Berufsgenossenschaft geforderten Abstand vom Dach zur Unterkante der Sprossen zu erreichen (Figur 2 (I)). Des weiteren sind Alu-Dachaufliegeleitern bekannt geworden, welche einfache Rechteckrohre in der Größe von ca. 40x20 mm als Holme vorweisen (Figur 2 (2)). In jedem Falle werden die Sprossen mittels Nieten oder Schrauben auf den Flachalu-Holmen oder Rechteckholmen angenietet (3). Da jedoch die Konstruktion sehr leicht sein muß, sind die Wandstärken in jedem Fall sehr dünnwandig.Roof ladders are known to be made of wood and aluminum as well as other non-ferrous metals. Das Holmprofil hat einen Wulst an der Außenseite (4) in Höhe der Sprossendicke um Verletzungen durch scharfe Kanten zu vermeiden und um einen Anschlag für die Montage der Sprossen zu erhalten, damit die Montagearbeiten bei der Herstellung der Leiter vereinfacht werden (4).
