Eine in der Medizin weit verbreitete Untersuchungsmethode von Hautveränderungen besteht darin, diese zu biopsieren, respektive zu exzidieren. Für Biopsien werden üblicherweise Biopsiestanzen eingesetzt, mit denen unter örtlicher Betäubung Proben von Hautveränderungen entnommen werden, um sie nachfolgend zu untersuchen und zu analysieren. Die dafür allgemein im Gebrauch befindlichen, herkömmlichen Biopsiestanzen weisen einen runden Stanzkopf auf, mit dem Hautproben von ca. 5 bis 8 mm Durchmesser entnommen werden können. Die entstandene Wunde wird im Anschluß an die Probenentnahme vernäht. Dabei werden die im Bereich des Durchmessers einander gegenüberliegenden Hautpartien aufgrund ihrer größten Entfernung zueinander am stärksten zusammengezogen und überdehnt. Dadurch wird die Narbe an den so entstehenden Endbereichen aufgeworfen.A widely used method in medicine for examining skin changes is to biopsy or excise them. Durch diese Maßnahmen wird eine Biopsiestanze geschaffen, die sich primär im Hautspaltenverlauf in das auszustanzende Gewebe versenken läßt. Durch die spitzwinklig zusammenlaufende Schneidkontur entsteht eine Wunde, die im Seitenbereich beim Vernähen wesentlich geringere Hautdehnungen hervorruft und so gleichmäßiger vernarbt.This task is solved by the fact that the cutting contour of the punching blade is curved and lancet-shaped and the opposite long sides converge at their ends at acute angles. Als Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist es zur besseren und genaueren Handhabung der Biopsiestanze vorgesehen, daß der Griff und der Stanzkopf durchgängig hohl und klardurchsichtig ausgebildet sind, auch können im Bereich des Stanzkopfes lichtdurchlässige und/oder optische verstärkende Mittel vorgesehen sein. Durch diese Maßnahmen kann die auszustanzende Hauspartei im Blickfeld des Operateurs gelegt werden. Dadurch wird eine bessere Handhabbarkeit der Biopsiestanze und genauere Probenentnahme gewährleistet. Durch einen von innen beleuchtbaren Griff kann zusätzlich für eine optimale Einsicht auf das Arbeitsfeld gesorgt werden.· Auch lassen sich mit der erfindungsgemäßen Schneidkontur und der damit verbundenen günstigen Operationsmethode größere Exzisionen durchführen, da die entstehende Wunde besser verheilt.As a development of the invention, it is intended for better and more precise handling of the biopsy punch that the handle and the punch head are completely hollow and transparent, and translucent and/or optically amplifying means can also be provided in the area of the punch head.
