Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf ein Verbund-Vlies, bestehend aus Vlieslagen und einer dazwischenliegenden Verstärkungsschicht.The innovation relates to a composite fleece consisting of fleece layers and a reinforcing layer in between.

Derartige Verbund-Vliese in Sandwichbauweise sind allgemein bekannt und werden hauptsächlich im Bauwesen, &zgr;. &Bgr;. zum Abdecken von Untergrund, Wellen u. a., eingesetzt. Ihre Aufgabe ist die Erhöhung der Tragfähigkeit des Untergrundes oder die Vermeidung von Abrutschungen z. B. an Böschungen. Hierzu ist die Erfindung in erster Linie dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem verbund-Vlies eine Kern-Konstruktion angebracht ist, die aus geeigneten Verstärkungselementen (2) in geeigneter Form, vorzugsweise in Form eines Gitters, besteht, und die die geforderten Eigenschaften in Zugfestigkeit und Steifigkeit erbringt. Als Verstarkungselemente sind vorzugsweise solche aus faserverstärkten Kunststoffen zu verwenden, da bei diesen das Verhältnis Festigkeit bzw. Verbund-Vlies, bestehend aus mindestens zwei Vlieslagen und einer dazwischenliegenden Kern-Konstruktion aus steifen Verstärkungselementen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungselemente in ihrer Position, durch Vernadelung der Vliese um die Verstärkungselemente herum, fixiert werden.1.
