Ein derartig ausgebildetes Schmuckelement hat insbesondere den Vorteil, daß eine sichere Befestigung des Schmuckelementes an einem streifenfbrmig ausgebildeten Band in einfacher Weise erzielt wird, wobei beispielsweise auf Rastelemente oder dergleichen verzichtet werden kann.
