Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung für Gegenstände, beispielsweise für Bilder, Apparaturen und dergleichen. Zu deren Verpackung werden daher sperrige Kisten und Kartons, die mit Füllmaterialien, beispielsweise aus Styropor und Holzwolle gefüllt werden, um den Gegenständen genügend Schutz vor Stoß zu geben, eingesetzt. Derartige Kisten und Kartons sind nicht nur aus lagertechnischen Gründen ungünstig, sie sind aufgrund ihrer Sperrigkeit auch unhandlich und schwer zu handhaben.
