Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Goldschlägerhaut von Rinderdärmen,
welches darin besteht, daß der Darm durch chemische Mittel in an sich bekannter
Weise weich gemacht, hierauf die Goldschlägerhaut durch mechanische Druckeinwirkung
auf einen Teil des Darmumfanges gelöst und in der gewünschten Breite von dem Darm

Streifen herausschneidet, von diesem Streifen das fettige Darmmaterial abtrennt
und dann den erhaltenen Streifen Goldschlägerhaut in eine Anzahl von Streifen der
gewünschten Breite zerschneidet. Diese Arbeitsweise hat den Nachteil, daß der Darm
selbst, der ja der Länge nach aufgeschnitten ist, als Wursthülle verloren ist und
fortgeworfen werden muß. Andererseits mußte man, wenn man den Darm als Wursthülle
verwenden wollte, auf die Gewinnung der Goldschlägerhaut verzichten, weil diese
von Hand oder maschinell von dem Darm entfernt wurde, wobei die Goldschlägerhaut
nicht in langen Streifen, sondern in Stücken abgerissen wurde. Es bestand bisher
also nur die Möglichkeit, entweder die Goldschlägerhaut zu gewinnen und auf die
Verwendung des Darmes zu verzichten oder den Darm zu verwenden und auf die Gewinnung

ohne das Darmmaterial als solches zu verletzen. Dieses Verfahren bietet gleichzeitig
die Möglichkeit, beim Abschneiden des zu gewinnenden Streifens der Goldschlägerhaut
diesen gleichzeitig in -mehrere Streifen der gewünschten Breite zu zerschneiden,
so. daß praktisch in einem Arbeitsgang die Goldschlägerhaut in der für die Weiterverarbeitung

Walze oder Rolle führt, was zur Folge hat, daß bei der Ausübung des Druckes durch
die Gummiwalze auf den Darm die unter die Goldschlägerhaut gelegte Kugel an der
ganzen Länge des Darmes entlanggetrieben wird und so die Goldschlägerhaut von dem
Darmmaterial so weit löst, daß dieselbe durch Weiterziehen des Darmes über einen
zwischen Goldschlägerhaut und Darmwand eindringenden Dorn völlig gelöst wird. Ist
das geschehen, kann der auf dem Dorn liegende Streifen der Goldschlägerhaut durch
Messer oder Rasierklingen abgeschnitten werden, wobei gleichzeitig durch rotierende
Kreismesser oder eine geeignete Anordnung von Rasierklingen od. dgl. das Zerschneiden
