Tensioning system for three-phase contact lines For problem-free driving
the contact lines of electrical railway systems, it is necessary that the contact line
can be re-tensioned to the length changes caused by temperature fluctuations
the overhead line. For this purpose, as is well known, in the contact line
Automatically acting tensioning mechanisms built in, mostly as wheel or lever tensioning mechanisms
.are trained.
The subject of the invention is a tensioning mechanism for three-phase contact lines,
at them; there are three contact wires running parallel in one plane.
To re-tension the individual contact wires of three-phase contact lines, it is known
assign a Spanuwerik to each contact wire. The installation. of three tensioning devices at "the @ anchoring point
creates difficulties, however, since a mast is provided for each tensioning mechanism
must and the space required for erecting the masts is usually not available
stands. With the invention, the post-tensioning of the three contact wires is to be carried out by a common
Sp: anuwerk can be made possible, so that the costs of the contact line system are cheaper
and less space is required for the installation of the tensioning system than for the
previous arrangements with separate tensioning mechanisms.
This is achieved according to the invention in that the tensioning mechanism has two
Has tension members that connect to two of the middle contact wire with the two outer contact wires
Attack connecting articulated levers, the two unequal armed around the point of application of the tension members
Represent levers, so that the train from the tensioning mechanism to the three contact wires accordingly
to the
Lever arm ratio is distributed. The choice of the lever arm ratio can
easily achieve that the train is evenly distributed over the three contact wires
is, even if there are differences in the changes in length of the three contact wires.
In the event that the three contact wires differ with regard to their fisti: gkeiitsei.genschaften
distinguish, the invention allows the train distribution, on the three contact wires
to be determined from the start according to their strength behavior. Such a
Case is conceivable if the contact wires are not made of the same material
or have a different Oiuers.chnitt. For the division of the
Tensile tension exerted over two tension members are different designs
possible .. For example, in the case of a toboggan tensioning system, the
Attack being pulled in the middle of a lever, the ends of which are the points of application of the
form two tension members. It is also conceivable to design the tensioning mechanism so that
two tension pulleys with a common tension weight are present and on each
Roll of a pull rope is wound up with a Gelendchebel of the catenary
connected is.
dargestellt. In the drawing two different roller tensioning units are schematically shown
shown.
Fig. i zeigt eine Anordnung eines Radspannwarkes mit einer Rodle;
Fig. 2 ist ein Spannwerk mit zwei Rollen.Fig. I shows an arrangement of a wheel clamping wark with a toboggan;
Fig. 2 is a tensioning mechanism with two rollers.
An
In the drawing, the three contact wires of the three-phase overhead contact line are designated with U, Tl, W , which end at the tensioning isolators T. Behind the insulators T, the three contact wires are connected to one another by the joint levers Hl and H2. The wheel tensioning, vexk consists in a known manner of two rigidly connected rollers R1, R2 of different diameters, which are rotatable about the axis A of the fork N articulated on the mast M. The pull rope Z1 with the tensioning weight G is wound on the larger rod R1, so that the pull rope Z2 is kept under tension by the weight G in the ratio of the two wheel diameters R1 and R2. The lever H3 is hinged to the end of the tension cable Z2, the ends of which are connected to the levers H1 and H2 via the tension members Z3, Z4. The articulation point of the tension members Z3, Z4 to the. Lever Hl and H2 is chosen so that with the lever arm ratio of the two Heibed 1I1 and H2 of each tension member Z3 and. Z4 work two thirds of the train on the outer contact wire and one third of the train on the central contact wire, see above. that all three contact wires are under the same train. In the arrangement according to FIG. 2, too, the pull exerted by the span is evenly distributed over the three contact wires, since the same pulling force is present in each pull rope Z3 and Z4. Based on the embodiment of FIG. I, the same reference numerals have been used for the individual parts of the tensioning mechanism; while the second roller system is provided with the same reference numerals, which are, however, distinguished by the index '.
Instead of the tensioning mechanisms shown with rollers, could easily
step a lever tensioning mechanism that has two tension members according to FIG. i or
2 acts on the levers Hl and H2.
