Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, einen gegen Störungen durch Wind gefestigten Dachziegelbelag mittelst eigenartiger Verbindung der einzelnen Ziegel unter einander durch Draht oder sonst dauerhaftes Bindematerial in der Weise zu erreichen, dafs jede Bindung oder Sicherung sowohl als seitliche Verschiebung nach rechts, links oder aufwärts, als auch gegen Abheben der Dachziegel wirksam ist. Die Ziegel werden zu dem Zwecke mit Ansätzen versehen, während die Verlattung des Daches die gewöhnliche bleibt.
