Während bei dem durch Patent Nr. 90956 geschützten Flaschenverschlufs das Auswechseln des Korkes dadurch erfolgt, dafs die mit dem Spannbügel verbundene Platte nach abwärts geschoben wird, so dafs der Kork von dem Spannbügel befreit ist und nun herausgedrückt werden kann, ist bei dem Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung aus Zweckmäfsigkeitsgründen eine Verschiebung der Platte vermieden und zwecks Auswechselns des Korkes eine Einrichtung getroffen, dafs die Platte aus dem Bügel herausgedreht werden kann. Ferner drückt der horizontale Stab des Spannbügels nicht nehr direct auf den Kork, sondern vermittelst eines in ihm eingehängten Plättchens.
