Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Stützen von jungen Obstbäumen, Rosenstämmchen u. dgl. in Form einer zweiteiligen Hülse, wobei ein Hülsenteil am Anbindepfahl angeschraubt oder mit Hilfe eines Domes eingeschlagen wird und das andere Teil mit dem am Anbindepfahl angeschraubten Hülsenteil, nach Einfügen des anzubindenden Stämmchens, verbunden wird, während eine am Vorderteil angeordnete leistenförmige Hülse zur Aufnahme von Beschriftungsplatten für die Bezeichnung des Obstbaumes oder der Rose, des Pflanzjahres, der Reifezeit u. dgl. dient.The invention relates to a device for supporting young fruit trees, rose stems and the like. Die Stützvorrichtung gemäß der Erfindung besteht aus Blech, Preßstoff, Porzellan, Steingut, imprägniertem Hartpapier, Zelluloid od. dgl.; sie ist durch eine wetterfeste Schutzfarbe haltbar gemacht und kann auf einfache Art durch Anschrauben oder Einschlagen eines Dorns od. dgl. am Haltepfahl befestigt werden. Die Stützvorrichtung kann entsprechend der Stärke des zu haltenden Stämmchens verwendet werden und bei Wachstum des Baumes od. dgl. durch eine neue mit größerem Durchmesser ersetzt werden. Das so gehaltene Stämmchen hat in der Stützvorrichtung freien Spielraum, so daß es nicht, wie beim Anbinden mit Garn oder Gurt, eingezwängt wird, wodurch eine geregelte Saftzufuhr verhindert oder ein Durchscheuern der Rinde bewirkt wird. Namentlich beim Niederlegen von Rosenstämmchen besteht die material- und zeitersparende Bequemlichkeit, daß das Stämmchen mit einfachem Ausbiegen aus der geöffneten Änbindevorrichtung frei wird, worauf das Vorderteil der Stützvorrichtung verschließend zu dem an dem Haltepfahl verschraubten oder eingeschlagenen Teil wieder geschlossen wird, so daß die schriftlichen Bezeichnungen, die auf eingeschobenen Porzellanplättchen eingebrannt sein können, dauernd zu erkennen sind. Man wird sich also gern solcher Schildchen bedienen, was bisher sehr wenig gehandhabt wurde, da solche bei der bisher ungenügenden Anbindemethode leicht verlorengingen. Die Stützvorrichtung kann aber auch weiter zur Führung von Zweigen, z. B. Spalierobst und insbesondere Beerenobst (Johannisbeer- und Stachelbeerbüsche) zum besseren Zusammenhalten der Büsche sowie zum Stützen von Blumen mit holzartigem, starkem Stengel und Staudengewächsen (Sonnenblumen u. dgl.) verwendet werden, und zwar in rechteckiger, ovaler od. dgl.
