Description

Das Etikett 2 nach den Fig. 1 und 2 ist auf eine Verpackung beidseitig eines beidseitig zu öffnenden Verschlusses der Verpackung mit einer selbsthaftenden Klebstoffschicht 4 zu kleben. In einem Bereich des Etiketts 2, der nach dem Aufkleben des Etiketts auf die Verpackung oberhalb des Verschlusses der Verpackung liegt, sind zwei Querperforationen 6 vorgesehen, die einen Querstreifen 8 begrenzen. Über eine Seitenkante des Etiketts ragt eine Anfaßlasche 10 zum Heraustrennen des Querstreifens 8 aus dem Etikett 2 hervor. An der Unterseite des Etiketts 2 sind beidseitig der Querperforationen 8 die Enden 12, 14 eines zwischen den Querperforationen 6 und dem Verschluß liegenden Faltprospekts 16 angeklebt, der im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel nur zwei Faltungen aufweist. Die Enden 12, 14 des Faltprospekts 16 sind mit einer jeweils unter ihnen liegenden Lage 18, 20 des Faltprospekts 16 mittels Klebstofftröpfchen 22, 24 verbunden, deren Verbindungskraft geringer ist als die Verbindungskraft der Klebstoffschicht 4 zwischen den Enden 12, 14 des Faltprospekts 16 und dem Etikett 2.The label 2 according to Fig. 1 and 2 is to be stuck onto a package on both sides of a closure of the package that can be opened on both sides using a self-adhesive layer 4. Zwischen Andruckrollen 52 wird dann die Trägerbahn 26, die von einer Abwickelrolle 54 abgewickelt wird, mit einer Klebstoff abweisenden Schicht auf die Etikettenbahn 34, die Faltprospekte 16 abdeckend, aufgebracht. Der Verbund 26 auf 34 wird dann in einer durch einen Wendepfeil 56 gekennzeichneten Wendestation gewendet, so daß also die Etikettenbahn 34 offen liegt. Anschließend werden mittels eines Stanzzylinders 58, der mit einer Widerlagerroile 60 zusammenwirkt, die einzelnen Etiketten 2 aus der Etikettenbahn 34 gestanzt. Anschließend werden mittels eines Perforationszylinders 62, der mit einer Widerlagerrolle 64 zusammenwirkt, die einzelnen Etiketten 2 mit den Querperforationen 6 versehen. Anschließend wird mittels einer Umlenkwalze 66 das die Etiketten 2 umschließende Material der Etikettenbahn 34 als Matrix 68 von der Trägerbahn 26 abgezogen und auf eine Aufwickelrolle 70 aufgewickelt. Die einzelnen Etiketten mit den unter ihnen befindlichen Faltprospekten auf der Trägerbahn 26 werden auf einer Aufwickelrolle 72 aufgewickelt und stehen zum Ablösen von der Trägerbahn 26 und zum Aufkleben auf Verpackungen zur Verfügung.According to Fig. 4, the composite is unwound from the take-up roll 42 onto 34 and the carrier web 32 is wound up on a take-up roll 48 between pressure rollers 46 on both sides.
