Den in ihrer Temperatur exakt regelbaren balligen Kühlbalken (14/15/16) und dem endlosen Aufgabeband (4) auf das vom Aufgabetrichter (5) durch die Dosierstreubürste (6) über Bohrungen oder in ihrer Breite einstellbaren Streuschlitzen (7) ein gleichmäßiger einlagiger Belag auf das Aufgabeband (4) aufgestreut uird der durch die Bandklopfbürste (8) gleichmäßig verteilt uird. Im Bereich der Bandheizung (9) uird das aufgestreute Kunststoff Mahlgut angeschmolzen und klebt auf dem Aufgabeband (4) fest. Das die beheizte Antriebswalze (2) mit Aufgabeband (4) umschlingende über die Laufrollen (10/11/12), v/on denen die Laufrolle (11) angefedert ist, laufende Andrückband (13) drückt die angeschmolzenen Kunststoffteile auf dem Aufgabeband (4) fest.
