Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zur nahezu sortenreinen trockenen Trennung / Sortierung von rieselfähigen Feststoffen mit unterschiedlichen Erueichungs / Schmelzpunkten uie z.B. zerkleinerte / gemahlene Kunststoffabfälle, Altverpackungen, Kunststoffmüll, Kabelabfälle.The invention relates to a device for the almost pure dry separation/sorting of free-flowing solids with different softening/melting points, such as shredded/ground plastic waste, old packaging, plastic waste, cable waste.

Die in der Zeichnung in Seitenansicht schematisch dargestellte Einrichtung zum Trennen / Sortieren von rieselfähigen Feststoffen mit unterschiedlichen Erueichungs / Schmelzpunkten insbesondere von gemahlenen Kunststoffabfällen (1) besteht im wesentlichen aus einer beheizbaren in ihrer Drehzahl regelbaren Antriebsualze (2) und einer kühlbaren, gefederten Umlenkwalze (3). Den in ihrer Temperatur exakt regelbaren balligen Kühlbalken (14/15/16) und dem endlosen Aufgabeband (4) auf das vom Aufgabetrichter (5) durch die Dosierstreubürste (6) über Bohrungen oder in ihrer Breite einstellbaren Streuschlitzen (7) ein gleichmäßiger einlagiger Belag auf das Aufgabeband (4) aufgestreut uird der durch die Bandklopfbürste (8) gleichmäßig verteilt uird. Im Bereich der Bandheizung (9) uird das aufgestreute Kunststoff Mahlgut angeschmolzen und klebt auf dem Aufgabeband (4) fest. Das die beheizte Antriebswalze (2) mit Aufgabeband (4) umschlingende über die Laufrollen (10/11/12), v/on denen die Laufrolle (11) angefedert ist, laufende Andrückband (13) drückt die angeschmolzenen Kunststoffteile auf dem Aufgabeband (4) fest.
