Zusätzlich beinhaltet das Schloß noch einen Schubriegel, welcher mittels eines Schließzylinders verlagerbar ist. Auf der Innenseite ist der Schließzylinder mittels eines Drehknaufs betätigbar, so daß das Schloß von dieser Seite aus ver- bzw. entriegelt werden kann. Allerdings verlangt ein derartig gestaltetes Schloß eine Frei-Besetzt-Anzeige. Bei nicht in das Magnetkartenschloß 5 eingesteckter Magnetkarte 37 sind das Ritzel 35 und Zahnritzel 36 nicht miteinander gekuppelt. Zur Kupplung beider dient eine innenverzahnte Büchse 38.
