Diese Nachteile werden bei der gattungsgemäßen Vorrichtung, bei der die Temperierflüssigkeit nur innerhalb der flexiblen Beutel zirkuliert, die Flüssigkeit also nicht in Berührung mit den Konserven gelangt, und die Erwärmung im übrigen zügig und gleichmäßig erfolgt, weitgehend vermieden. Die bekannte Vorrichtung hat jedoch insoweit einen Nachteil, als die zu erwärmenden Produkte nur flach liegend zwischen zwei Beuteln untergebracht werden können. Das führt zu einem verhältnismäßig geringen Platzangebot, das sich nur unter erheblicher Vergrößerung der Grundfläche des Gerätes steigern ließe.
