Transport container (Cpackaging) with two storage chambers; particularly for the transport and storage of solid unit loads.

STATE OF THE ART

Transport containers come in a wide variety of shapes. They are characterized by the fact that a volume is surrounded by different materials on several sides, whereby the stability of the construction must be adequate for the transport and storage conditions.

The simple shape, which corresponds to a packaging chamber of the product presented, is commonly used as packaging. It is characterized by easy folding and manufacturability.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The design is explained using figures 1, 2 and 3.

1.Surface A is to be folded onto surface B and surface Al onto surface Bl, each time over the break seam.

2.The side edges a and b are to be sealed with the side edges al and bl, using the sealing surface at al. and bl .

3.Area C is to be folded backwards, under area Cl.

4.The side edge c is to be sealed with the side edge el, using the sealing surface at el.

This is how the basic construction was created from which the object to be folded. It can be returned to this position at any time.

5.Along the fracture radii, surfaces 5 and 6 are to be deformed upwards, whereby the supporting structure becomes three-dimensional.

6.The sides A/B and Al/Bl are now to be moved sideways downwards, along the fracture radii.

7.The surfaces A and Al are to be curved outwards.

8.Surfaces 2 and 3 are to be formed at right angles to B and Bl along the fracture radii to the outside and thus form the floors of the two body chambers.

9.Surface 4 is to be moved inwards at a right angle and clamped under Surface 1, which, when placed at a right angle above it, securely fixes the connecting structure of both chambers.

10.Surfaces 7 and 8 form the locking surfaces respectively.
