The invention relates to two-way tilting self-discharging agen, in which: the trapezoidal, tapering box frame consisting of four walls fixed to one another is tiltable on the carriage frame and is articulated to a floor that can be moved on rollers. Carriages of this type, which are dealt with in patent 578 572 , could not be put into practice because, when tilting, there are constraints between the box bearings and the guide rollers of the floor. For a long time it was not possible to determine the causes of these compulsions.
In Fig. i und i a ist schematisch die bekannte Konstruktion
dargestellt.
gezeigte Lage einnehmen. Beire Kippvorgang verschiebt sieh der Boden i zunächst
Fig. z a) den
Fig. 2 bis 8 näher erläutert -werden.
In-depth investigations have now shown that in the first
Part of the tilting application overlaps between the lower edge of the box frame
and adjust the soil. In Fig. I and i a is the known construction schematically
shown. The floor i is articulated with the box frame 2 by means of steering rods 3
and q. connected so that the tilting process initiated by a pressure cylinder
can be, the bottom and the box in the dash-dotted lines in Fig. i
Assume the position shown. During the tilting process, the floor i first moves
in the horizontal direction to the right, while the box 2 is pivoted about the pivot bearing 6
will. Here, the turning circle of the box edge 7 (see. Fig. Z a) intersects the
Floor i, with the result that there are constraints between the box and the floor. the end
this knowledge resulted in the constructions of the invention based on the
2 to 8 are explained in more detail. The box: 2 is articulated with the bottom i
through handlebars 3 and q. connected, the bottom i being movable on pairs of rollers 5
is supported; in the embodiment of FIG. 2, the pivot bearings 6 of the box
differently from the construction shown in FIG.
that during the tilting process an overlap as shown in FIG. 1a is avoided.
bewirkt. The structural design of this embodiment is shown in Figs.
7 and 8 shown. Here is on the front of the self-unloading vehicle in well-known
Way a pressure cylinder i i arranged, which initiates the tilting process
causes.
In beiden
Fällen werden die kritischen Überschneidungen gemäß Fig. i a vermieden. Derartige
muldenförmige Böden besitzen außerdem bei bestimmten Schüttgütern Vorteile. The exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 6 show other solutions
for the elimination of undesirable compulsion phenomena. Here are the box stores
6 does not protrude as in Fig.2, but it is through a special training
of the soil ensured that no constraints can occur. In the exemplary embodiment
.der Fig. 3 the bottom i is formed in its central part rnuliden-shaped, while
in the construction according to FIG. 6, the bottom is arched in the shape of an arc of a circle. In both
In some cases, the critical overlaps according to FIG. 1 a are avoided. Such
Trough-shaped floors also have advantages for certain bulk goods.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig..I sind im Boden i Aussparungen
In the embodiment according to Fig..I are recesses in the bottom i
8 and 9 provided, which give the lower edge of the box the necessary space,
as can be seen particularly clearly in the tilted position shown in dash-dotted lines.
In the example according to FIG. 5, the box bearings 6 are again directly on the box edge
arranged, but the carriage frame has a slot io in which the bearing
6 can dodge. This measure also achieves the aim of the invention, namely
the elimination of constraints between box and floor, realized.
