Transport trolley with platform lifting and lowering device. The object of the invention is a trolley with lifting and lowering device of the platform. Compared to the many already known constructions in this field, the advantage and novelty of the present invention lies in a great simplicity that achieves the desired effect through a combination of fewer machine elements.
In the accompanying drawing, the new trolley is illustrated in some execution examples.
Fig. 1 shows an enlarged cross section through part of a first exemplary embodiment of the car, Fig. 2 and 3 are schematic side views of the car.
The two support beams a each have a hole in the middle, which holes with flat thread f are seen ver for the flat thread spindles l, which are below the platform g and in its longitudinal axis transversely to the support beam a; they rest with their one end in the flat thread f of the support beam holes and are rotatably anchored with their other end in the bearings h attached to the platform g. The outwardly protruding ends of the spindles 1 are designed so that the spindles can be turned in both directions by means of a crank wrench or the like. At the two ends of the support beams a, rollers b form the support points on which the platform g rests.
Each of the two wheel axles e laterally rotatably supports the rods k within the wheels d, which on the other hand are also rotatably mounted on the side walls of the carriage at i and have the extensions m on their underside. On the inside of the rollers b, the links c are on the one hand rotatably connected to the supporting beam a, while at their other end they are articulated in a rotatable manner to the lugs in at o.
The mode of operation of the transport trolley described is readily apparent from FIGS. 2 and 3. Due to the fact that the spindles l are immovable, the supporting beams a are shifted when they are rotated; the consequence of this is a change in the position of the links c and thus also of the rods k coupled to the latter. But since the rods k. have an immovable support point in the side walls of the car at i, the movement of the links c and the rods k has a layer or a position. Height change tion of the platform g of the car results in a lifting when moving the supporting beam a to the center of the car and when moving the supporting beam a to the ends of the car to lower the platform g.
Since each of the spindles l can be rotated separately, this results in the possibility of any height or height. Inclination of platform g of the car.
From what is already known, the described trolley is particularly characterized by the fact that the surface of the platform remains smooth in all positions, i.e. without being disturbed by parts that occur during the adjustment of the plate, as is the case with some other constructions is. This allows full utilization of the area when loading. Lifting and lowering, even when the cart is loaded, requires little effort.
The embodiment shown schematically in FIGS. 4-6 differs from that according to FIGS. 1-3 in that the swivel joints i of the rods k connecting the platform to the wheel axles are immediately below the platform g in the center thereof. The spindles l are housed as close as possible to the edges of the platform g and have bevel gear drives. As can be seen from Fig. 6, four spindles are l arranged on. The bevel gears of two spindles are connected to each other, so that if only one spindle is rotated, the other spindle on the same side is also rotated, so that corners and edges of the platform cannot occur when the platform is operated. In this embodiment, the advantage is achieved that the platform can be lowered as low as possible (FIG. 5).
The embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8 is modified in such a way that the rods k, which connect the platform to the wheel axles, intersect and terminate at nuts p which can be pushed back and forth on the spindle L. The links c attack in the middle o of the rods k. The advantage is that the wheels of the car are always vertically located under the fixed points a at every height of the platform, so that the stability of the car is not reduced when revving. The distance between the wheels and the distance between the fixed points does not change during the displacement of the platform. The fixed points a move when adjusting the platform in the vertical direction, d. H.
their distance in the vertical direction from the running wheels is larger or smaller, depending on whether the platform is moved up or down.
