in vorliegendem
Electric remote control for a work machine driven by an electric motor
The invention relates to an electric remote control for an electric motor
powered work machine, for example a ship's rudder machine. According to the invention
is controlled by a hand-operated control unit, e.g. B. a steering wheel, the primary part
a rotary transformer provided with a post-rotation motor for the secondary part
adjusted, with an auxiliary motor coupled to the working machine from the secondary part
is fed and the main drive motor depends on the energy direction in the circuit
the auxiliary engine is switched on in one sense or another. In this way
it is possible to use the work machine driven by an electric motor, for example
a ship's rowing machine, sympathetic and clearly controllable remotely, without any for
this remote control device electrical relays or other movable contacts
required are. According to the further invention, one is preferably one of
the direction of energy in the auxiliary motor circuit dependent pulse generator, the
a drive motor, for the controller of the main drive motor of the work machine
feeding Leonard generator switches on in one sense or the other. For the
The last-mentioned embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the figure
Embodiment shown. With i is the main drive motor of a working machine,
in the present
Case of a ship's rudder machine 12, designated.
The motor i is fed in a Leonard circuit from the generator 2, which in turn is fed by
the three-phase motor 3 is driven. With 4 is the field controller of the Leonard generator
2 designated. To simplify the circuit diagram, this controller is not for different ones
Direction of current drawn. 13, 14 is a direct current network for exciting i and
2. The remote adjustment to control the main drive motor i is with the help of a
Rotary transformer 6 carried out, the primary part 16 of which is connected to the three-phase network 15
connected. The primary part 16 is not shown in detail in the figure
Way with the help of a suitable gear from the hand-operated controller, for example
twisted by a steering wheel. The secondary part 17 of the rotary transformer is
assigned a post-rotation motor 7, the stator of which is connected to the three-phase network 15 and whose
Rotor winding with the help of lines i8 with the winding of the secondary part 17
of the rotary transformer is connected in parallel. With an auxiliary motor is referred to,
whose rotor is rigidly coupled to the armature of the main drive motor i. The stand
the auxiliary motor 8 is connected to the three-phase network with the help of lines i i,
while the rotor is connected to the secondary winding 17 and the rotor winding via the lines io
of the post-rotation motor 7 is connected. The drive motor, labeled 5, of the excitation current regulator
4 is from a pulse generator 9 via lines i9 in one sense or another
switched on. The pulse generator 9 works as a function of the depending on the adjustment sense,
of the primary part 16 differently directed energy flow in the line io. The pulse generator
9 returns to a clearly fixed zero position when the energy flow in
the circuit closed via the lines io, i i is equal to zero.
A rotation of the primary part 16 of the rotary transformer 6 by one
Angle a causes the pulse generator 9 to deflect in a certain direction
and size, whereby the excitation current regulator 4 switched on in the corresponding sense
and is adjusted: The generator 2 is excited by this adjustment, so that
the main drive unit r of the steering gear starts up. With that comes the engine
8 and the post-rotation motor 7 in motion. The post-rotation motor 7 rotates the secondary part
17 of the rotary transformer 6 in the same direction in which the primary part 16
was previously adjusted, and thus brings the flow of energy in the circuit io, ii to
Disappear. This has the consequence that the pulse generator 9 returns to the zero position
and so that the excitation current regulator 4 returns to the switch-off position. Of the
Generator 2 is thus de-energized, and the armature of motor i comes after it has been put back
an angular path to a standstill, the size of which is clearly determined by the adjustment angle
of the rotary transformer is given. An adjustment of the primary part 16 of the rotary transformer
by the angle a in the opposite direction causes a in a corresponding manner
Reversal of the direction of rotation of the motor i and finally a shutdown of this motor,
until the distance covered by its anchor has reached an extent that is again in
clear relationship to the adjustment angle a by which the rotary transformer
6 was brought out of the zero position.
Instead of a controller 4 with contact tracks z. B. one of one
Thoma controller operated roller switch with a small number of switches used
the Thoma controller is controlled by the pulse generator 9.
