Bleilagermetall Im Patent 748 254 sind alkali- und erdalkalimetallhaltige Bleilagermetalle beschrieben, die aus 0,6o bis 0,75 °/o, vorzugsweise über 0,7 % Kalzium, mindestens o,2 °/o, vorzugsweise mindestens 0,35°/o Barium und/oder Strontium, und zwar bis zu einer oberen Grenze von o,6 °/o, vorzugsweise bis 0,55 °/o für jedes der beiden Metalle, o,r bis o,25 °/o Natrium, o,oz bis o,2 % Aluminium, Rest Blei bestehen. Die durch Kadmiumzusatz erzielte höhere Härte ist gegen längeres Erwärmen und auch gegen häufigeres Umschmelzen beständig.
