Zur Überwachung solcher Erkrankungen hat man seit einiger Zeit laufende Röntgenuntersuchungen für die gefährdeten Personen eingeführt. Wenn solche Personen den Arbeitsplatz oder Arzt wechseln, fehlt den ärztlichen Untersuchungen und Feststellungen der gebotene Zusammenhang, was leicht zu Fehldiagnosen und in Verbindung damit besonders bei Bergleuten zu Schwierigkeiten im bergmännischen Versicherungswesen führt. Es ist deshalb dringend erwünscht, daB die laufenden Untersuchungsergebnisse geschlossen zusammengefaBt werden und laufend mit der Untersuchungsperson beim Arbeitsplatz- oder Arztwechsel mitwandern.Certain professions, e.g. B. that of the miner, are known to be special Exposed to health hazards. B. über die Beschaffenheit des auf der Schachtanlage vorkommenden Gesteins nach mineralogischer und chemischer Zusammensetzung, ein.
