Hierbei ist als erstes die schonende Aufbewahrung des Kleidungsstücks auf dem Kleiderbügel zu nennen, um Beschädigungen insbesondere am Futterstoff zu vermeiden. Diese Anforderung in Verbindung mit einer formgetreuen Abstützung des Kleidungsstücks hat zu der Entwicklung sogenannter Formbügel geführt, die einteilig aus Kunststoff gespritzt und großvolumig mit großflächigen Schulterauflagen ausgebildet sind. Sie weisen in der Regel einen U-förmigen Querschnitt auf, um bei geringstem Materialeinsatz eine großvolumige Form mit ausreichender Stabilität zu erhalten. Das U-Profil öffnet sich nach unten und ist an seinen äußeren Enden durch gewölbte Flächen abgeschlossen, so daß das Keidungsstück großflächig auf ausschließlich weich gekrümmten Flächen aufliegt. Von Nachteil ist, daß für jede Schulterbreite ein entsprechend angepaßter großvolumiger Formbügel bereitgestellt werden muß, wenn das Kleidungsstück formgetreu abgestützt werden soll. Dies erfordert beim Bügelhersteller einen aufwendigen Maschinen- bzw. Formwerkzeugpark.The known designs do not adequately meet the technical requirements for use.
