Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Strahlenversetzen, mit der ein CCD-Sensor in seiner Abbildungsebene um einen Pixel herum versetzt wird. Derartige Vorrichtungen dienen bei optoelektronischen Abbildungssystemen mit CCD-Sensoren dazu, einen Versatz des auf den CCD-Sensor abgebildeten Objektes zu erreichen, mit dem die Büdinformation, die in die Zwischenräume zwischen den spalten- und zeilenweise angeordneten lichtempfindlichen Detektoren projiziert wird, auf die lichtempfindlichen Detektoren des C CD-Sensors versetzt werden können.The invention relates to a device for beam displacement, with which a CCD sensor is displaced by one pixel in its imaging plane. Um Informationsverluste zu vermeiden, sind in der DE-PS 33 23 956 Bildversatzmittel vorgesehen, durch welche das Gesichtsfeld zur Überdeckung der Zwischenräume periodisch längs einer geschlossenen Bahn relativ zu den lichtempfindlichen Detektoren eines CCD-Sensors verlagerbar ist. Die dabei gewonnenen Bildinformationen, die mehreren Punkten der geschlossenen Bahn um einen Pixel herum entsprechen, werden auf Speichermittel auf geschaltet, in denen nach jedem Zyklus eine im wesentlichen lückenlose Bildinformation über das Gesichtsfeld gespeichert ist. Als Bildversatzmittel ist ein kardanisch aufgehängter Spiegel vorgesehen, der mittels ferromagnetischer Anker am Spiegel und korrespondierenden Elektromagneten am Gehäuse in eine nutierende Bewegung versetzt wird, derart, daß er zyklisch in seine vier um 90 Winkelgrade versetzten Stellungen abrollt. Ein weiteres Bildversatzmittel besteht aus einem Planspiegel, der sich auf Piezzoelemente abstützt und bei deren Erregung der Planspiegel eine nu tierende Versatzbewegung ausführt.In order to avoid loss of information, DE-PS 33 23 956 provides image shifting means, by means of which the field of view can be periodically shifted along a closed path relative to the light-sensitive detectors of a CCD sensor to cover the gaps. Ein CCD-Sensor 1, befestigt auf einer Platte 2, ist an einem Ende von sich vier längserstreckenden flexiblen Armen 5 angeordnet, deren plattenseitige Enden in einem ortsfesten Körper 4 verankert sind. Zwischen der den CCD-Sensor 1 tragenden Platte 2 und dem Körper 4 sind auf jedem Arm 5 Abstandshalter 3 vorgesehen. Die Enden der Arme 5 auf der Gegenseite von Platte 2 sitzen in einem Rahmen 6. Zwischen dem Rahmen 6 und der Platte 2 stützen sich auf den Armen 5 sitzende Druckfedern 7 ab, so daß die den C CD-Sensor tragende Platte 2 gegen den ortsfesten Körper 4 gedrückt wird, wobei der C CD-Sensor sich exakt in der Abbildungsebene befindet. Im Bereich des Rahmens 6, der vorzugsweise eine quadratische Form aufweist und aus einem ferromagnetischen Material besteht, sind an zwei benachbarten Seiten je eine Magnetspule 9.1, 9.2 ortsfest angeordnet, die auf den Rahmen 6 in Abhängigkeit von einem Steuerprogramm einwirken.
