Erfindungsgemäß wird die genannte Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß im oberen Bereich einer Schraubkappe, oberhalb des Gewindeteiles eine seitliche Öffnung (3) im Außenzylinder (13) und eine seitliche Öffnung (4) im Innenzylinder (14) der Schraubkappe (1) in gleicher radialer Flucht angeordnet ist. Außerdem ist eine halbrunde Einkerbung (5) am oberen Rand des Behälterhalses (19) vorgesehen.
