Verfahren zum Stabilisieren von Chlorierungsprodukten von höhermolekularen Kohlenwasserstoffen Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Stabilisierung von Chlorierungsprodukten höhermolekularer Kohlen-,vasserstoffe. Es besteht darin, daß dem Chlorierungsprodukt Stabilisatoren, wie die Aminogruppe - \T H., enthaltende Stoffe, insbesondere Harnstoff in kleinen Mengen zugegeben werden und hierauf bei Temperaturen unterhalb ioo° ein Durchleiten von Luft oder iiierten Gasen bis zur Entfernung des entstandenen Chlorwasserstoffs und des nicht gebundenen Chlors vorgenommen wird.Process for stabilizing chlorination products of higher molecular weight Hydrocarbons The invention relates to a method for stabilizing Chlorination products of higher molecular weight carbons, hydrogen. Es ist bekannt, daß Chlorierungsprodukte von Kohlenwasserstoffen sich leicht zersetzen. Ein durchschlagender Erfolg ist dadurch aber noch nicht erreicht worden. Es wurde nun erkannt, daß die Verwendung von Stabilisatoren dann zum restlosen Erfolg führt, wenn nach deren Zugabe eine gute Austreibung des entstandenen Chlorwasserstoffs und des nicht gebundenen Chlors stattfindet. Als Austreibungsgas verwendet man zweckmäßigerweise Luft, jedoch sind auch andere Gase, wie Stickstoff, Kohlensäure u. dgl., möglich. Es ist wichtig, daß hierbei die Temperatur unterhalb 10o° liegt, um eine schonende Behandlung zu gewährleisten. Vorteilhafterweise wird die Luft nicht durch das Chlorierungsprodukt hindurchgedrückt, sondern gesaugt, da dadurch eine bessere und gleichmäßigere Verteilung der Luft herbeigeführt wird. Die gute Verteilung wird im übrigen durch Anwendung besonderer Verteiler, wie Siebplatten, Filterkerzen, Fritten u. dgl., bewirkt. Als Stabilisator ist besonders Harnstoff geeignet, aber auch andere die Aminogruppe - N H, enthaltende Stoffe, wie Thioharnstoff, Anilin us"v., sind verwendbar.It is known that chlorination products of hydrocarbons are decompose easily.
