einwirkende Komponente besitzt, was
Arrangement for automatic and speed-dependent control of the power factor
from stator-fed three-phase shunt motors For automatic and speed-dependent
Regulation of the power factor of stator-fed three-phase shunt motors
it is known to the commutator from the sum of a controllable and a fixed voltage
to feed, whereby the fixed voltage acts on the power factor of the motor,
while the controllable voltage affects not only the speed but also the power factor
acts and has such an adjustable phase position that it is in the sub-synchronous
Speeds a component increasing the fixed tension develops while they
at oversynchronous speeds a component that reduces the fixed voltage
developed. The invention relates to an arrangement by means of which such an automatic
and speed-dependent control can be achieved particularly easily and effectively,
According to the invention, the controllable voltage is in a single winding of a double rotary transformer
normal design with adjustable coupling between the two rotors,
while an ordinary leg transformer is used to produce the fixed voltage
whose secondary voltage is used to produce a sub-synchronous and oversynchronous
Area of different large control range of the speed expediently one on the speed
acting component has what
by moving the brush bridge
of the engine is achieved. Through the interaction of the double turnbuckle and the
ordinary leg transformer in the manner described is with the simplest
Achieved means that by adjusting the double rotary spanner any
Speed-dependent influence of the power factor on the shunted motor brought about
can be. The angle that the speed voltage and cos-p voltage include
is undersynchronously blunt and oversynchronously pointed. To be in the right mindset
In order not to be hindered by the angle, it is expediently set with the help of the steady
adjustable double turnbuckle and then brings the total voltage through
the brush holder of the motor in the correct position.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel soll den Erfindungsgedanken näher erläutern.
In Fig. I bedeutet I den ständergespeisten Drehstromnebenschlußmotor, 2 den Doppeldrehumspanner
An exemplary embodiment is intended to explain the concept of the invention in more detail.
In Fig. I, I denotes the stator-fed three-phase shunt motor, 2 the double rotary transformer
to generate the adjustable voltage that affects the speed and power factor
and 3 a non-adjustable common leg transformer for supplying the
fixed voltage acting on the power factor. How the circuit works
can be seen better from FIG. Here E2u means the direction of the subsynchronous
Standstill voltage and E2u that of the oversynchronous. The tension of the transformer
3 is placed perpendicular to E2 in the direction o-a; it was chosen so large that it
z. B. at a synchronous speed cos p = I causes. Size and direction of the dated
The voltages supplied by the double rotary transformer 2 are assumed to be in the sub-synchronous range
the distances a-b, a-b1 etc. given, in the oversynchronous by a-c, a-c1 etc. The
Total voltage o-b, o-b1 etc. or o-c, o-c1 etc. therefore contains in the subsynchronous
Area one with increasing voltage, d. H. with decreasing, speed increasing
cos-p voltage and vice versa in the oversynchronous range.
Hier bedeutet o-a
The voltage diagram of FIG. 2 applies in the event that the subsynchronous
and the oversynchronous control range are the same. Often, however, it is oversynchronous
Control range smaller than the subsynchronous. In such cases you can use the double turnbuckle
run for smaller powers, if you run it with a fixed speed voltage
switched on and off. According to the invention, the two fixed ones are expediently combined
Tensions become common. This is indicated in FIG. 3. Here o-a means
the fixed additional voltage, which has both a cos-p component and a speed component
contains. Existing alone, it would set the engine to a certain subsynchronous
Define the speed at a certain cos p. They are always in series with her
variable voltages of the double rotating spanner a-b, a-b1 or a-c, a-c1 etc.
The greatest subsynchronous voltage o-b2 is again the same as in FIG. 2; against it
the greatest voltage of the double rotating spanner a-b2 or a-c2 is lower than before
a-b3 or a-c3, and accordingly the oversynchronous area is also smaller.
As already mentioned at the beginning, it can be advantageous to use the fixed
Align voltage o-a in a simple manner according to the mains voltage vector. By
Rotation of the brush holder of the motor then reaches a certain subsynchronous
Speed of cos p its setpoint, d. H. the additional tension o-a has the right one
Location to E2; the voltage of the double turnbuckle is zero. Then is
nor its tension by setting its clutches in the right position
Bring E2.
The total voltage supplied by both transformers can of course
can also be used to feed several motors in parallel.
