It is well known that in the case of special firing systems, such as ceramic ovens,
Siemens-Martin ovens or the like, the flue gases in the chimney with high temperatures
from 7oo to iioo ° '. But also with other technical furnaces, such as steam boiler furnaces,
the flue gas temperatures in the chimney are still too high if one is on the system
more expensive economizers is dispensed with. Special facilities for the utilization of flue gas heat
in the case of ceramic stoves, for example, there is a collecting line for the flue gases,
from there to direct the flue gases and the cooling air into a waste heat steam boiler.
This type of exploitation has not proven successful.
In denkbar
The object of the invention is intended to be simple and inexpensive
System the flue gas heat can be used. Fig. I shows one in the
Chimney inserted cylinder; its wall thickness is small, its material so
chosen that it is fireproof and at the same time has a favorable coefficient of thermal conductivity. In conceivable
In a simple way, the cold air is blown through the duct between the chimney
and insert cylinder drawn in countercurrent to the flue gases and heated to as
Hot air for dry or To be available for heating purposes. The device can
can also be built into existing old systems. So 301 / o of the flue gas heat can be used
to be recovered. This one cylinder results in the somewhat higher withdrawal speed
of the flue gases covered with an effort of only i mm WS.
Bilder a, b, c, d der Abb. 2).
In the case of new systems, you can use the entire flue gas heat with this device
recover (see pictures a, b, c, d of Fig. 2). Picture a shows one of two cylinders
existing simple insert pocket and shows the path of the heat-emitting smoke gases
(Arrow i) on the one hand and that of the heat-absorbing medium (arrow 2), here air,
on the other hand; the heating surface of the heat exchanger is opposite that of the in
Fig. I shown double and in Fig. B, the execution of a double pocket
shows, four times as large, which enables full utilization of the waste heat.
In the case of the objects in pictures a and b in Fig. 2, it is also purer
Air is also sucked in a part of the exhaust gases, which in many cases is not a problem
a greater utilization of heat is desired. But if you want clean air, how
