Füll- und Ausgußmasse für elektrische Kabelgarnituren und Geräte Patentiert
im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland vom 24. Februar 1943 an Der Zeitraum vom
an ausländischen Rohstoffen.
Filling and Ausgußmasse for electrical cable accessories and equipment Patented in the Federal Republic of Germany on 24 February 1943. The period from B. May 1945 up to and including May 7, 1950 is the patent term does not count for filling or pouring electric cable accessories and equipment, as Pupin coils, cable terminations and the like are mainly used on the basis of petroleum products, such as bitumen, or mixtures of resins, in particular rosin, with paraffinic hydrocarbons. Additives of various amounts in the form of finely divided solid bodies, especially those based on minerals, are often added to these masses. The main purpose of these additives is to influence the viscosity as well as the dropping point and solidification point of the masses. In addition, these additives also make the mass cheaper and save on foreign raw materials. So far, when selecting the additives, attention has only been paid to their insulating and not to their dielectric properties.
According to the invention find as an additive for such filling and pouring compounds
for electrical cable fittings and devices, primarily for telecommunications systems
and especially -for high frequency purposes, finely ground ceramic
Materials with a low dielectric loss factor use. Such substances are
primarily
based on magnesium silicates, in particular
Magnesium hydrosilicates of the soapstone-talc group.
For high frequency purposes they may contain barium additives. Such
chemical masses are characterized by an extremely low loss factor at relatively
low dielectric constant. They are therefore used for the sink and the seal
high quality electrical equipment extremely suitable, while the previous masses
are not sufficient for this.
If it is the drain of electrical capacitors, can
in a known way the ceramic materials titanium dioxide in rutile or anatase form
can be added or the additive consist entirely of this substance in order to have a high dielectric constant
to achieve.
The following is an embodiment. for a mass according to the
Invention Brought: The invention, however, is neither in nature nor in
the amount of the individual mixture components on this only to explain the
Invention serving example limited.
37,5 Teile Kolophonium, io;oTehe Petroleumvaseline,
37.5 parts rosin, io; oTehe petroleum jelly, 2.5 parts paraffin, 5o, o parts of a ceramic material with low dielectric losses at high frequencies in finely ground form.
Barium can also be added to the mixture or the ceramic
Mass can be replaced in whole or in part by titanium dioxide.
