Description
Process for the production of highly concentrated, long-life, liquid, colloidal solutions of poorly soluble oxalates of the rare earths If one according to Patent specifications 62'i 309 and 622 16o taking into account patent specification 728 893 produces colloidal solutions of poorly soluble oxalates of the rare earths, a sol with an oxide content of 12 to 14% is obtained. Through the now inferring careful dialysis against water, the sol absorbs so much water that its concentration drops to a third. This low concentration is not satisfactory at the intended medication, e.g. B. in suppositories for which a highly concentrated, after liquid solution is required. Evaporation of the soda without protective colloid is not possible without changing the colloid.
Patentschrift 728,893 vermahlen. . It: has now been found that one. through the use of highly efficient centrifuges, the colloid particles can be squeezed together, so. that they can be turned as a clear gel which contains up to 35010 oxide as oxalate. This ointment-like gel can be diluted with a little water, but not to a relatively thin-footed, sigen form in which: 20 to 25% oxide is contained as oxalate. This disadvantage can be avoided by adding 2- to 6-valent alcohols instead of water and thus achieving the desired liquid concentration. Be.ispie1 5 parts of freshly precipitated, still moist ceriterdenoxalate are mixed with 1 part of water, o, o6 parts of sodium citrate and o, 12 parts of 20% sodium hydroxide solution for 5 x 24 hours with elimination of the air carbonic acid according to. Grind U.S. Patent 728,893. . , The product is centrifuged rapidly. A solution containing 12 to 1q. This solution is dialyzed in cell glass tubes. The colloidal solution is now in a highly effective centrifuge at 40,000 rev / min. Treated so long until a transparent gel with a colloid containing about 350 f0 cerite oxide as oxalate can be separated. This is mixed with enough ethylene glycol or glycerine or butanediol or concentrated sorbitol solution until a dilution is reached that is preferably suitable for the desired medication.
