Ks muß gegenüber dem Wellenwiderstand der Leitung A verminderten, it4 erhöhten Wellenwiderstand besitzen. Ki beziehen sich dann statt auf den Wellenwiderstand von A auf das geometrische Mittel der Wellenwiderstände von A1, A2 und A3. Die Frequenzbandbreite vergrößert sich dann hierbei nochmals wesentlich.
