Linsen erforderlich. Diese Lagerung bereitet gro»e Schwierigkeiten, da die Untersuchungen
im Elektronenmikroskop bei hohen Spannungen erfolgen, so daß die Gefahr des Überschlagens

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung, bei der die Gefahr des überschlagens
vermieden ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist bei der elektrostatischen Hochspannungslinse

isoliert nach außen geführt: Die beiden Elektroden 3 und 5 stehen miteinander durch
einen zylindrischen Rahmen 8 in mechanischer und elektrischer Verbindung. Der Rahmen
8 hält die Linsen und bringt somit die Elektroden 3 und 5 auf das betreffende Potential,
welches zweckmäßig als Erdpotential gewählt wird, während man die Zuleitung 7 demgegenüber
auf Hochspannung, etwa auf das negative Potential der Kathode bringt. Der feste
Zusammenbau der Linse wird auf der einen Seite durch Ansätze in .dem Umhüllungszylinder
8 und auf der anderen Seite -durch das Rohr 2 garantiert. Diese Bauart gestattet,
die Linse in einfacher f4'eise auseinanderzwnehmen und zusammenzusetzen. Man führt
in den leeren 7.ylinder8 zunächst die Blendei, alsdann .das Isolierstück 6, in das
die Elektrode 4. bereits hineingeklemmt ist, darauf die Elektrode 5 und schließlich
das Rohr 2. Es ist natürlich ebensogut möglich, auch von der anderen Seite ein besonderes
Abschlußstück vorzusehen, falls dort nicht ein Abschluß ohnehin durch ein Distanzrohr
gegeben ist. Je nach dem Verwendungszweck kann in einer der Elektroden ein in der
Mitte durchbohrter Leuchtschirm eingesetzt werden oder ,eine Brende (Aperturblende)
oder die Objekthalterung. Die genannten Stücke können entweder in die aus zwei Teilen
zusammengesetzte Elektrode hineingesteckt oder in Vertiefungen einbelassen oder
in anderer bekannter Weise befestigt werden. Nötigenfalls sind die Elektroden und
